- "Very good hotel & pleasant stay. All very welcoming and hospitable. 5*" - "Nice small hotel easy walk into town. Friendly staff" - "First of, this is no hotel. This is more like a very shabby b&b. We stayed at this place for one night with our two small children. First thing we did was pay for the room, the only place in turkey that charged us before doing anything else. We got a ‘family room’ on the third floor, with no lift. The room itself was extremely unsafe for children. There was a ridiculously steep staircase with loose boards. No baby bed was put in room, despite a received e-mail confirming this. When explained at the reception they showed us Some kind of baby bed and asked us if we would want it. Yes please. Upstairs?, they asked. Yes please. But we never received the bed. Also a probable mistake was maken when they overcharged us for our meals. A honest mistake we reckoned. When asked about this the receipt was not the be found again. Instead the nice gentleman at the reception wrote us a fresh one just on the spot, with adjusted prices so the amount would match. Avoid this place!"
