First the pictures on the Expedia website don't do justice, the cabin is spacious and clean, and the garden is much more beautiful than the pictures. You have no idea how many people looked at our lights jealously on our way back, it was dark and the road was quite rocky and slippery. Also, it was my friend's birthday on the day we checked in, he knocked on our door, wished my friend happy birthday, and also made her a fruit cake with candles on. - "I’m generally not one for leaving reviews but this one deserves a mention. The grounds are very reminiscent of stays I’ve had in Thailand. A fabulous authentic experience, we stayed longer than we intended to as we didn’t want to leave. The wooden bungalows are clean, well appointed with nice bathrooms. The grounds are full of nature with chickens and cats roaming freely. There are a couple of tree house type hangouts which are nice. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere created by the quality music played in the dining area and by the father and son hosts who made our stay very pleasant. Breakfasts were amazing with a slightly different twist every day. We had a couple of evening meals there which were some of the best food we’d eaten in Cirali. It’s a very short easy walk to the beach, a supermarket and the town. We visited in September when the rivers are dry but will not hesitate to stay here again perhaps in April when the waters are flowing. Highly recommended "

My original plan was to head straight to the beach, but the tranquil atmosphere of the property had me lingering for hours after check-in.
