- "Lovely holiday! Excellent choice of food! Staff were great we will return next year x" - "Great hotel if you you have small children with you. We stayed in May half term so was a real struggle to get sun loungers, if you didnt get up at 5.30 you weren't getting one around the main pool. None of the parasols had the bar attached to be able to put them up so would have to search for a stick to be able to use them. AL options are very limited for the size of the hotel, more often than not there would be no deserts available. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a stomach bug going round (nothing to do with the hotel) rooms were cleaned daily, the maids works really hard as do the entertainment team. On a whole not a bad holiday, we were a party of 9 and the kids absolutely loved it."

On the lower floor, masonry materials had fallen but were not collected. The pools need renovation. It is unacceptable that the trolleys for changing towels and sheets remain permanently on the floor. The image is not good!!! The bathrobes are worn out!!! Better get rid of them!!! The main restaurant is huge and well designed both externally and internally. Unfortunately, however, in the morning and at noon, its shading is amateurish!!!! The property should invest in either electric pliss or external shading blinds. This way it will also save energy!!"

- "Hotel is ok. But far from worth the money for the standard of all inkl. We paid like 450 EUR per night and was expection a lot more on the food and drink standard. Best was the fresh made pizza. Horrible reservation of sunbeds every day. People even reserved it the night before, and at 6.20 am there was no sundbed to be found by the pool area. There is a sign that says “pls don not reserve sundbeds”. But if you don’t stick to or do something about it the guests is just gonna continue, and it gets very bad. We hade a good stay, but for the money we paid, we expected higher standard. We came from a cheaper 5 star hotel in Kolymbia and after we wish we had stays there. Pool bar staff was really friendly. - "We stayed here for a 4 nights mainly for the convenience of meeting friends also staying locally to Falariki, and for day excusions. The hotel was basic and our room was how we expected considering the price, but felt very dated and in need of renovation. Our shower was pretty poor and within a tiny bath so didn't have much space to move. Having the pool, bar and snack area was useful although we were only around to make use of this for one morning/afternoon as we were elsewhere the majority of the time. The location is convenient and close to good bars, bus connections, shops and restaurants. (Recommend trying Something Different across the road, outstanding) The breakfast selection was very good and all food was fresh and well stocked. This area of the hotel felt totally different to our rooms and accommodation block, in a good way. For what we needed it for the stay was good, although needs internal improvements to the hotel rooms and decor."

- "Had a fantastic stay at Tsampika Hotel. Clean, spacious, air conditioned room. Buffet had a varied selection of salad, cheese, cooked meats, fish and vegetables (might not be for fussy eaters, no chicken nuggets). Good sized swimming pool.
