- "The best part about this hotel is its private beach. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable but there’s no WiFi in the rooms and they can do with a renovation. It’s not like things are falling apart, they are not but the the decor belongs to another era. The hotel is half board (breakfast/dinner incl.) The breakfast buffet is very good but the dinner buffet is more limited does not have very tasty choices. However, somehow when the lunch food (not included in the half board price so you pay extra) is really delicious! It’s as if there are two different chefs for lunch and dinner. There’s a minibus that goes to the Bodrum city center that you can get on from in front of the hotel. It’s really well located and Bitez has one of the cleanest beaches in Turkey. "

- "Not very clean in the bathrooms and kitchen, the mugs still had stains from the previous guests. There are some safety hazards, such as there were loose screws on the ladder up to the “bedroom”, and the ladder was wobbly. However, the breakfast was really bad; not only did it not have any flavour, but they even charge you if you ask for water (even though they said breakfast was fully included). The greenery around the property is very overgrown and not maintained, making it extremely difficult to walk around the property without being smacked in the face with branches and getting cut. The only good things I can say about this property is that the air conditioning works good and the pool is open 24 hours. "

- "I've really enjoyed my stay in Hakan Otel. It is a beautiful hotel, situated away from the crowd along a river, but still very close to the beach. In just 3 minutes you are on the beach, even closer you'll find a supermarket, an authentic Turkish restaurant and a souvenirshop. Hakan Otel is very pretty, nice decorations on the walls, plants, trees and flowers everywhere, decorated pumpkins with lights in them. The bar and restaurant are situated next to the lovely swimmingpool. Rooms are small, but have big beds, a minibar and enough space to leave your clothes. Great place at a bargain price! Umut was a hard working young man who deserves a big tip before you leave!! The owners are super friendly and speak English well! - "We were there for a national Turkish holiday, Bayram. Without having many options, we stayed at Bitez Kassandra for 1 weeks with the all-inclusive option. We booked the hotel suite with a double room which sleeps 4 people. The hotel location is perfectly situated within a few meters to a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the internet and wi-fi was very slow throughout the hotel and almost impossible to use. They are cleaned regularly and the staff were always on hand for help and assistance. I stayed there at the start of the season and they were still preparing but they took time to serve dinner one night and always check if we needed anything. - "We had 3 rooms and all have ant problems, need to be addressed properly and taken care of asap.. some cabins are outdated unfortunately and need to be fixed especially folded bathroom and bedroom doors, balcony furniture, bathroom and bedroom fixtures, sink and faucet area. Breakfast is adequate however there is a serious beach access issue. Although Hotel has its own bar at the beach, it is hard to go find a chair after the breakfast so we asked for assistance to reserve for us. It was an issue at the first day and the beach boy, server was kind of angry about chair reserve issue and argued with my family. 1st day we spend about 7,000 TL for drinks are the beach and next day although it was almost empty we faced this ugly discussion although there are several people just sit and spend nothing. 2nd day we were boating and 3rd day the beach people dare to argue with my family in the middle of the bar and chairs in front of everyone. We were told that there were chairs reserved for my family at the beach and when we went there, another server said the chairs were reserved for another family, and the other one said for us so it was a terrible chair reservation problem at 9am. So we went to the next bar, used their service and spent about 10,000 TL for the day and get much better friendly and welcoming service. Queens Bar personnel is horrible, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They lost a return customer like us who spend money at Bitez every year!"

- "We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained.
