- "The location is terrible as it's on an industrial Efes Beer storage area. Miles from anywhere. We could not find the place and eventually someone had to escort us. The cabins are new and very nice but the ones at the front are noisy due to the highway. When we arrived, we noticed a giant German shepherd wandering aimlessly in the large garden in the middle. There is definitely no security guard or staff member monitoring the surroundings at the hotel. While we were looking for our keys at the door when we returned to our room in the evening, the German shepherd attacked our small dog from behind. Our dog's ribs were broken, and we had to take him to the emergency vet. Our vacation is ruined. We spent two days at the vet. The hotel representative's attitude towards this incident was not pleasant at all. They stated that the German shepherd belonged to one of their customers, had been wandering in the garden for 10 days, and they were very surprised by its aggressiveness. They didn't help us in any way. At the time of the incident, the hotel staff also said that there was no need to escalate the matter and that we should not prolong it. Right now, we are in a legal dispute with the dog's owner. Besides that, the hotel is clean and a nice place to stay. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. But it is scandalous that all the hotel's security and customer relations have been entrusted to the gatekeeper of the neighboring factory. In summary, I wouldn't recommend going with your dog or small child. It wouldn't be surprising if a German Shepherd or a Pitbull attacked in the yard."
