OFFERS

All prices are per villa per week (in Euro - €) for groups of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 10 persons. The prices include electricity, water, gas and one set of bedding perperson (given on arrival).Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 770€ for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 350 Eur. for mid-season (01 Apr - 31 May and 01. Oct - 30.Nov), 200 € for low-season (01 Dec. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 77€ for high season, 35€ for mid-season, 20€ for low-season. 40 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.
The housekeeping service will be made before the guest arrival.(The villa will be cleaned and arranged before the guest arrive ).There is no housekeeping service during the guest's stay.If needed, this can be arranged with an extra cost.Towels have to be brought by the guests.Towels are available for rent.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
- In order not to have a conflict with the bookings, guests can check- in after 14.00 pm and check- out on or before 11.00 noon.
If the guests want to check-in earlier than 14.00 pm, they accept that their reservation
will take effect from the day before.
Likewise,if the guests check-out after 11.00 noon,it will be considered as an additional day stayed
DEPOSIT

Upon arrival a deposit of 100-€ will be collected for possible damages to property and breakages of equipment and /or loss of keys.The damage deposit is fully refundable on your departure,provided there is no breakage,damage and missing items during or after your stay
OTHER EXPENSES

The first objects that attract attention in the rooms are the pieces from dowry, wedding chest spreads that witnessed an era and preserved carefully until today and wooden bed-heads which are regenerated by the use of different materials. The harmony created by these objects aim to reinforce our ties with the past as well as adding unique mood to the stone walls.
The drawings, ornaments and tile works decorating the walls of the Villa are in the nature of an indication of the respect we feel for our cultural values and undertake a significant role in presenting Traditional Turkish Art both to the foreign guests and the next generations.
Specifically, the tile works used on the walls of the bathrooms and the historical Ottoman Fountain are the historical values that make the Villa privileged and worth seeing.

The beautiful sandy beach at Ilica is just another 5 minutes walk and was very clean, water lovely and the large beach not at all crowded. There were also a number of smaller beaches a few minutes from the villa. We went in October, so a few restaurants had closed, but there were still plenty open within a few minutes walk, and a huge choice of shops and restaurants just 10 minutes dolmus away in either Alicati or Cesme - taxis also very cheap if preferred. Alicati was a particularly lovely town to visit with it's traditional buildings, great bars and restaurants, plenty of places to stop and enjoy the scenery. Izmir and Ephesus are also close enough to visit in a day trip. We can thoroughly recommend this villa, it's a real gem and we felt very lucky to have found it! The area is lovely and very friendly, everything you could hope for from a holiday. Thanks again Mehmet and Yesim for a very special stay."

We also would recommend to go to Çeşme Aquapark and Quente Beach club. Don’t forget to take beach towels which are kindly provided by the villa’s owners. In Alaçati area beach towels are not provided even in private beaches. One think we have to mention, that the parking was on the street next to the villa. It’s a little sandy dusty area as other small streets with villas. Didn’t bother us inside though. But, Our car got covered by dust pretty soon after we arrived. We have 3 bedrooms and a nice big balcony with a Bbq so you can eat outside in the evenings .we have a site pool and the beach is a 10 minute walk away .
Our summer house is located in an quiet town which is only a few minutes away from the beach, historical sites . Our apartment has a satellite TV and it is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigirator, cooker and oven.
There is a small beach located only 500meters (within walking distance) away from the house.

Cleaning and Hygiene
Our villa and general areas are cleaned with chemical substances during the entrance cleaning.
Bed and bathroom textiles are washed with high temperature, peroxide-based (disinfectant) detergent and ironed at 185 degrees.
The minimum number of cleaning staff uses masks and face shields.
“Poseidon Villa Çeşme” is delivered to you with new clean sheets, towels, duvet covers, sofa covers and rugs, accompanied by detergent and fabric softener scents after being thoroughly cleaned by personnel who have received hygiene training certificates.
All sheets, duvet covers, duvet covers, pillow cases, sofa covers and towels are replaced with new ones at every entrance and exit.

There are double Comfort Plus orthopedic wide beds in the three tastefully furnished bedrooms.

Swimming Pool and Environmental Facilities
Our semi-Olympic swimming pool is 12 m × 20 m in size and has a depth of 140-180 cm.
The pool is sterilized every night with an automatic cleaning robot.
There is a security fence around the pool to prevent children from entering without permission (sometimes it can be misunderstood due to the lemon cypress plants on the fence).
If small children enter the pool without permission, the pool attendant at the door will intervene.

Swimming Pool:

Please pay attention to the dates when the pool is open. The pool may be legally closed in case of virus bans.
The pool area is for shared use.
The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and cleaning (as of June 1).

The villa has a separate entrance, independent garden and veranda.
Breakfast is served in the landscaped and grass-covered garden, surrounded by quiet and calm nature, accompanied by the sounds of birds in the morning.

Event and Party Arrangements:

Parties, events, henna nights, engagements, proposals, wedding celebrations, bachelorette parties or graduation parties cannot be organized in the villa.
