A 3 bedroom 170 sqm loft type villa.The amazing location of the Loft, which almost a century ago was the post office of Mykonos, is right on the facade of the Mykonos town waterfront , or Mykonos Chora , as seen on all postcards , with sunset view and overlooking the port where all the yachts moore. Many restaurants and bars are nearby as well as Promenade , propably the best waterfront restaurant right under the house and Tabu club, as well as a grocery store right under the back entrance of the house that can also deliver to you. This second back door is also a great private entrance. Please note the waterfront is acrowded and noisier area than a remote house in Mykonos.

The Villa Kampani is located 300 m. from the main town entrance by the new taxi station.
During the high season all vehicles are not allowed to enter Mykonos Town beyond this point.

It is secluded so you have privacy and can escape the crowds near the old port. There is a beach with a cute little seaside restaurant called Aquarius that is a 5 min walk from the house. The house was clean and Alexandros the host was the best. He was very responsive to our questions and went the extra mile to arrange transports, excursions, and a private chef for us. My teenage kids loved the jacuzzi and I liked having the private sun loungers, although there were always plenty of loungers available at the pool as well, which was larger than it appears in the photos. Sofia was a brilliant host from start to finish. Always available to answer questions on the area and the villa during the booking process and quick to respond during our stay as well. I would recommend the location for the stunning views, but also for anyone who doesn’t want to be right in the hustle and bustle of Mykonos Town. We had the best of both worlds where we had easy access by car to the town but also plenty of beaches around the island. A car is a must if staying here. Sofia recommended a great car hire company who we also used to arrange a couple of late night pick ups for when we didn’t want to drive ourselves. - Our property is part of a family-owned residential complex. It’s a joyful place of relaxation, so we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of the Greek summer off hours and your neighbours. Parties are not allowed.

- This is a smoke-free environment. If you must smoke, please do so outdoors and use the ashtrays provided.

- Our property is best suited for families, couples, and small groups of friends who seek a joyful and tranquil place to relax. For groups of friends, we typically ask that at least half of the group members are 30 years of age or older. Exceptions may be considered, please advise us in advance.

- Pets are welcome upon request and subject to specific conditions that guests must agree to before booking. Please inquire for more details.

- While our home is suitable for children, toddlers and young children should always be supervised, especially near the swimming pool area and terraces.

- Our housekeeping team is here to help you enjoy your stay, taking care of daily chores so you can fully relax. We kindly ask that you respect both the property and their work by not leaving the house excessively messy. Guests are expected to hand over the villa in a decent state upon departure. - "We spent a brilliant and crazy July weekend together with my three sisters at Villa Jocaste. The property's location (next to Kalo Livadi beach) was excellent and we greatly enjoyed an early morning swim in the deep blue crystal waters. Our rooms were spotless, large, with extra comfy beds, balconies and magnificent sea views to the South. The swimming pool was massive and hidden away from prying eyes, yet offering staggering ocean views. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the chic bamboo sofa beds by the poolside sipping cocktails as well as the jacuzzi dug in a natural cave and shaped with Mykonian rocks. It was a joy walking through the gardens around the villa which were beautifully maintained with fully grown trees among granite stones. The villa itself was large and tastefully decorated with style and elegance. The private chef that we ordered cooked for us some delicious local specialties on the grill with fresh salads and veggies from the villa’s private organic farm. The staff was absolutely amazing and the house manager went out of his way to ensure that all of our needs were met (from arranging airport transfers to booking front row cabanas at beach clubs). The housekeeper prepared our breakfast and took care of our laundry. After partying downtown till the early hours we witnessed a staggering sunrise from the comfort of our bed. This villa is the perfect place to relax, escape and reboot from the noise of Mykonos city. We are now back in London but the lovely photos and memories that we took while staying there will remain with us forever. We absolutely adored Villa Jocaste and we will definitely return back for more !"

- "We spent a wonderful week in a magnificent house. The view is exceptional, the house is perfectly maintained, very clean and very practical. It has a lot of charm. The most beautiful beaches are a 5-minute drive away, as is the pretty village of Ano Mera. The host is very welcoming and attentive. As this is a large house divided into several adjoining units, you just need to make sure that the neighbors aren't too noisy. For our part, there were no neighbors except on the 1st evening (we were a bit scared because we could hear them as if they were with us!), and so nothing disturbed our peace afterwards when they left. You can hear a little music from Anastasia's village hotel, which is 300 meters away, but it didn't bother us, and it doesn't last late into the evening. If this point is agreed in advance with the owner, I would recommend this exceptional rental without any hesitation."
