The villa was built in May 2005 and is one of 7 identical villas built on the plot and are all privately owned and furnished to each individuals taste. As we will be using our villa on a regular basis we have furnished our property to the highest possible standards with all the mod cons you would expect to find at home and more. Our villa is directly poolside and has English and foreign satellite TV, we also have a DVD player that plays CD’s. The lounge and dining area and all bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units and the lounge can be adjusted to heat the property as well. We have a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster as well as much more which should add to your comfort. Our villa is a triplex (3 floors) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a further toilette on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and are en-suite.

We didn't need to hire a car in the end, as we were able to easily walk to the small local public beach (5minutes) and about 5- 10 mins walk to the nearest small supermarkets to stock up. Each room is air-conditioned. The lounge seating area is stylish, comfortable and tasteful. Its light, bright and airy space contains two large sofas, coffee table . Large sliding patio doors lead from the lounge onto the larger than average covered terrace, perfect for a quiet hour or so reading in the shade during the hot hours in the middle of the day. The fitted kitchen leads from the lounge area. This again has been designed with luxury in mind and has a range of high quality base and cupboard units, granite work surfaces, oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle, dishwasher and everything you require for a self-catering holiday provided in the cupboards. As with the lounge, double sliding patio doors take you to the covered terrace, where you will find a large wooden table and chairs for that all important summer al fresco dining aswell as sofa set for relaxing. Rental Holiday Villa “Villa Torba Bay”, which has the most special place among our Bodrum rental villa options, consists of 2 stone villas in the same tab. 10 + 2 bedrooms in total, making it an ideal choice for groups of up to 22 people. Our villa, whose door will impress you from the moment you step in, has a wonderful Torba Bay from its bedroom, living room and garden.

There is a private garage for 2 cars at the entrance of our villa. There are stairs descending from the garage with an outdoor swimming pool / garden and transition parts to the main entrance doors of the houses.

On the ground floor of the houses, there is a main bedroom with a dressing room,bath and a large balcony with a magnificent sea view, and 1 double bedroom with sea view. There are 4 bedrooms in total, one of which is a children's room on the upper floor. One of the rooms facing the sea has 2 single beds and the others have double beds. There is a common bathroom and toilet on this floor. On the lower floor, there is a laundry room, shared bathroom use, toilet and a kitchen area equipped for you to enjoy the comfort of your home, and a large living room with fireplace opening to the pool / garden part where we think you will have a great life in your holiday.
