Beautiful warm clear blue sea with many interesting and secluded bays make up the Aegean coast. The temperature is mainly warm and sunny throughout the Spring and Autumn and very hot in the Summer months especially in July and August.

Yesilkent is a quiet peninsular outside of the main town with small local beaches, a few local restaurants and shops to choose from.

Altinkum (10 minutes away) means 'Golden Sands' in Turkish and refers to the large sweeping bay in Altinkum. There are many bars and restaurants to be found along the promenade (pedestrianized during the summer months). Many restaurants provide a free pick up and drop off service to Yesilkent and surrounding areas and there is also a dolmus (local bus) service every 10 15 minutes for Altinkum.

There are plenty of places to visit and explore including the famous Ephesus, Miletus, Priene, Pamukkale (cotton candy castle), Bafa Lake national park, Apollo temple, Roman ruins, boat/gullet trips around the bays or even a trip to Greece as Kos is nearby. The largest water park in Turkey is 1 hour away in Kusadasi; there is also one in Didim which is about 10 / 15 minutes drive or served by a local bus.

- "We arrived at the villa and the pool looked so inviting that my son jumped in, perfect sized villa for a family of 5, and the owners even made sure we had a couple essentials for the morning. The villa is in a perfect location what with a couple of local shops within a 5 min walk and the bus stop for the dolmus is literally a 2 minute walk down the end of the street. There is also a beautiful little beach that has a restaurant which is about a 10 minute walk from the villa. It takes about 10 minutes into town on the bus where there is so many shops and restaurants to choose from including a McDonald’s and a Burger King and a beautiful beach which is very busy at night but a fantastic atmosphere. The house has everything you need and is literally like home from home, the only problem we had was not been able to go out the back door as there was no key (we did ask but just took too long to sort out) but no biggie. This villa is a lovely place to stay but just needs a couple bits updated, (small details makes a big difference) . Would definitely recommend this villa and the area, so much so that we have started to look around for a holiday home for ourselves as Didim and Altinkum is the place to have a relaxing holiday."

A lovely new built Villa with a large pool. 3 spacious bedrooms. All are on the 1st floor, as well as 2 bathrooms. There is also a balcony with a fantastic sea view. On the ground floor you will find a delicious modern living room, with specific details. A bright and nice American kitchen and a toilet. From the living room you can go directly to the swimming pool. There is also a large terrace, directly to the pool. Akbük is a lively city, with delicious restaurants and shopping stores. There are only 2 min. driving to the beach. Didim, Altinkum Beach, Luna Park, Yacht/Beach Club are 18 km. Important information: The villa is located at the top of a very steep hill, so it is important that you have a car, and it should not be a low car, and better with an automatic transmission.

- "I wish to thank owner(Fatat) and his assistant (Emre) for having us. We had a beautiful holiday at this villa, we enjoyed our 7 nights very much, my 3 childrens loved the views and the pool. Villa is very nice and clean, air conditioning in every room, kitchen equipped with everything you would need, good internet connection. Communication was very easy, we had all our questions answered within minutes every time. Due to some issues with the car, I was unable to make it to the villa on time for check in, I knew I will be late with about 1 day so I spoke with Fatat to let him know and he didn't hesitate a second to tell me not to worry and he extended our stay by one day without any extra charge. Emre was available to answer any questions we had any time of the day. Akbuk is a nice little town, but Didim is only 15 minutes drive and there is a lot of shops and restaurants/night clubs to choose from. nearest beach is only 5 minutes drive, I recommend Yakamoz Beach Club but there is plenty of other places to go to. This villa located near the center of the town with access to supermarket and local shops that are less than 100 meters away and mostly open from early morning to 9PM.

There is a bus-stop less than 50 meters away from villa with mini busses (aka: Dolmuş) driving to Didim ( Nearest town 20Km. ) in regular intervals. You can even see the bus-stop from balcony on first floor.

You can enjoy sunset and sun rise from bedroom traces with Sea and Mountain view from both sides of villa. And if you enjoy walking along the sea during beautiful sunset then the sea is less than 200 meters away. (3 min walk)

There is a private pool and beautiful garden which you can enjoy your food and cold beverages while tanning in the sun. If you run out of cold drink, kitchen is next to the pool area.

The lounge has secure sliding doors leading to a terrace and the private pool. Plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool on the sun beds, and patio furniture for up to 6 people as well as a swing swing.

Open plan kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and dining area. The 1st floor houses master bedroom which has sliding doors onto a private terrace, the main bathroom with walk in shower and the second bedroom with two single beds also has access to the private terrace.

The upper floor has a further double bedroom and bathroom and access to the very large private solarium with views of the sea and mountains.

Several small and larger bays all within a few minutes walking distance as are cafes, beach bars and shops.

The main buzzing town of Altinkum is just a short car journey away, where shopping, restaurants and bars are in abundance. Here the restaurant owners will pick you in their private minibuses to dine in their restaurants. You can then browse the town at your leisure, and return to the restaurant for a lift home. This service is completely free of charge all year round.

The area is surrounded by mountains, forests, olive and Pine trees. The air is so fresh, high in oxygen with low humidity is ideal for people suffering with asthmatic ailments.

For those wanting a more energetic holiday there is horse riding available about 5 mins from the villa, boat tours from Altinkum (20 mins away) tours of the Apollon Temple and the local Dolmus bus goes all over Altinkum and Akbuk for a very modest few lira. There is also a lively market every Saturday in Altinkum.

- "Huge 4 bed villa with bedroom on ground floor that suited us with an elderly relative. 3 bathrooms/showers. Fully working air con throughout villa. Clean. Outside balcony, patio was substantial size with a fabulous sized and clean pool and plenty of furniture. Pool was a real winner with us all. As with Turkey lots of construction of new build villas (didn’t cause much noise) and yes usual stray animals etc (not in villa grounds) and yes you need a car in this area. We had a very relaxing stay."
