A beautifully maintained 4 bedroomed property situated in the peaceful area of Dalyan. The location of the property also makes a lovely walk along the river towards town. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 of them with balconies. The 4 double bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and air conditioning. The terrace door in the front room overlooking the pool. you can also have BBQ in kitchen balcon and it also open onto the side of the property where there is a table and chairs for your dining. The master bedroom has its own private balcony, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom upstairs as well. The second family bathroom is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with bath and attached shower. The living area is comfortably furnished with some new equipped with sofas, TV, Internet and air-conditioning. The dining area is furnished with dining table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for you stay(ıt has open lounge kitchen which you might think 2 lounges on the ground floor).The pool is good and clear enough for summer time which belongs to only this property. Our Dalyan home is a charming two storey villa surrounded by mature trees and shrubs with its own large private pool. The villa sleeps 6/8 in three main bedrooms (4th bedroom sleeps 2 but is in attic) and has two bathrooms with modern walk-in showers. The three double bedrooms have AC units. The attic room has a standing fan. The living room has ceiling fans. The three main bedrooms have their own private balconies with magnificent views of the mountains in all directions. The villa has all modern conveniences. In the garden there is a stone BBQ and two terraces (front and back of house) for alfresco dining. Villa Bahce is in a relatively quiet part of Dalyan surrounded by a small number of newly-built houses, and a few fields, yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is situated in the beautiful nature reserve of Dalyan in the Aegean region of Turkey connecting to the Mediterranean. The area has an incredible amount to offer from the famous Iztuzu turtle nesting beach, the many ancient ruins and the mud-baths to bird-watching in the nature reserve.

- "There is a lot to like about Villa Bahce. It is ideally located in a residential area close to restaurants and small shops and only a short, easy walk to the main town. It is a 3 bedroomed house which was immaculately presented and extremely well-equipped as a holiday home but more like a home from home. The owners have really made a superb effort to think of everything and anything you might need to enjoy a restful and comfortable stay. The pool was excellent, the garden delightful and we enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing two weeks. Communication with the owners was first class and they helpfully arranged a private taxi transfer from Dalaman using a local company - HeyDalaman - who were extremely professional and very good value for money (£30 transfer fee one way). We also used HeyDalaman to book a couple of excursions and hired a car for a few days. Once again, they could not have been more helpful. We also loved Dalaman as a location. It is colourful, friendly and extremely welcoming with something for everyone. We found lovely authentic Turkish restaurants at very reasonable prices but all tastes are catered for with fast-food, pizza and burger bars plus Chinese and Mexican options if thats what you wanted! There is plenty to do and see in the town and locally with many varied excursions available. We have travelled extensively and have used VRBO many times and I can honestly say that Villa Bahce is among the very best of rental properties which we recommend unreservedly."

Villa Guzel stands in its own large garden with a good sized family and a separate children's pool. It is situated in a quiet residential area and yet is less than an 8 minute flat walk into the very centre of Dalyan. The spacious interior has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing air conditioned accommodation for 8-10 people, including children.

The villa has been built in a modern Turkish style. Electronic air condition has been fitted to all living areas and bedrooms. The ground floor accommodation comprises of an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen, shower room/wc and utility area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two terraces, a second double bedroom with terrace and third double bedroom with terrace, family bathroom with shower and bath.. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms and another shower room, which are ideally suited to children. Floors throughout the property are marble except the bedrooms and bathrooms which are tiled. Outside the villa has a large covered marble terrace providing invaluable shade which is fenced off from the private swimming pool and separate children's splash pool. The swimming pool area has an outside shower and their is also a built in BBQ within the terrace area. The garden is stocked with an abundance of fruit trees including apples, oranges, plums etc . There is a private driveway for parking.

Dalyan is an unspoilt small town situated within a conservation area. The famous Iztuzu Beach with its 5km of soft golden sand is only a short drive away, and can be accessed either via public transport including by a boat taxi. Dalyan provides a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops with the emphasis on families. Although Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away, and therefore ideal for short transfers, guests often comment that they are not aware of its presence.

- "From start to finish Jacqui was fab with her communications with us. She was honest with her answers to any questions we asked her via email. We were 21 hours delayed for our flight having been put up in a hotel in Bristol and Jacqui was always on hand (along with Selina the Select rep in Dalyan) via WhatsApp. That was very reassuring! The transfer arranged was easy, pleasant and there for us straight away. (Selina’s husband) Ditto transfers back. Easy peasy. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was 10 minutes stroll to Migros and the town centre, and on a quiet residential road. There’s another little supermarket 5 mins walk away too. The beds were super comfy for our family of four adults with air con and black out curtains in the main bedroom. The villa had literally everything that we could have needed and felt like home from home. The garden is pretty with its main feature being a huge pool. We had use of sunbed towels. There was English TV (to keep up with the Boris debacle!) and the water cooler was a godsend. A quick phone call to Select and more bottles for it were delivered within the hour. All in all a superb 10 day stay after our long delay. We’ve stayed in Dalyan many times and we all agreed it was probably our best villa that we’ve rented. The villa is extremely private. The garden is lawned and has banana, orange, pomegranate and lemon trees. Outside there is a large verandah for al fresco eating and for taking shade during the day. There are also umbrellas. Bourganvillea trees edge the garden allowing for privacy. At the rear of the property is a Turkish style kosk ideal for taking pre-dinner drinks. The swimming pools measure 5 x 7 x 1.70 metres and 1.5 x 2.5 x .60 metres approximately and are private pools. The villa is upgraded annually . The three bathrooms have recently been refurbished along with an extension to the third bedroom..
The villa has free wi fi and air conditioning. As well as the extremely large verandah overlooking the pool there is an upstairs terrace. The villa has all modern amenities including a water cooler and two safes, which ensures our guests have a pleasant stay.
There are three bikes for the use of guests.
The villa is equipped for family living and has all you may need to cater for infants. There is a travel cot, high chair, safety gate, and toys and a hand blender for preparing food. Older children are not overlooked and there are toys and games.
Adults are welcome to swap reading books in the extensive library.
Mosquito nets are on all windows and doors.
Villa Yalicapkini complies with Turkish regulations requiring the property and guests are registered.

Villa Jamara is situated in a quiet area yet only 5 minutes walk from the quayside, shops and restaurants. It is spacious (120m ground floor, 80m 1st floor) and finished to the highest standard. It is conveniently placed for you to enjoy all the amenities Dalyan has to offer. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms each with a balcony or terrace overlooking the villa's own floodlit pool. There is a separate paddling pool which doubles as a jacuzzi, outside shower and barbecue. The traditional Turkish seating area (Kirsch) complete with sumptuous cushions is where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views. There are 8 sun loungers with padded cushions and table and chairs for outside dining. Inside, the villa has every possible convenience including air-conditioning, 3 comfortable sofas, 2 of which convert to beds, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, full-size oven/hob/grill, large fridge/freezer. There is also satellite TV, DVD, video, music centre and security safe.

- "This villa really exceeded our expectations. The location was great, beautiful mountain views, 2 minutes from the riverfront and 5 minutes walk into town. The pool was better than we expected and was meticulously maintained by the owners agents everyday. The garden was very private due to lovely mature shrubs all round the perimeter. The barbeque area, Turkish kirsch seating area and the outside jacuzzi all added to a great holiday experience. The owners agents were very helpful and arranged several wonderful and very good value trips for us. We had two fairly elderly relatives in our party and we hired a two seater mobility scooter very cheaply and they absolutely loved being ferried around the local area and countryside in it. This was our first trip to Turkey, and certainly won't be our last. The area was very beautiful, with lots of wildlife and history to indulge in. The Turkish people were very friendly and helpful in every respect. We can't recommend this villa highly enough, the owners advice was very useful, and all arrangements made for us went to plan. The villa is very well maintained and very well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The bicycles were a real bonus, and we enjoyed many early morning cycle rides before the sun got too hot. They were also useful for nipping down the butchers for great quality food and charcoal for the barbeque. We certainly hope to be hiring this villa again very soon, as we had a very memorable and totally stress free holiday."

A real wood burning fire is also situated in the lounge for those cooler evenings. A downstairs WC is located just off the lounge and a shaded veranda for enjoying your morning tea/coffee follows on from the kitchen area.

Our villa and guests are carefully looked after by our local manager at the long established Kaunos Tours, no question or request is too much trouble, any rare problems encountered will be attended to swiftly. Villa Frank has a generously sized living room with a well equipped kitchen and dining area ( new in 2019) and two bathrooms (one ensuite) The villa is located in a peaceful location on the road to the hamlet of Arikbasi, amid pomegranate fields and enjoys stunning views of the nearby mountains. The town of Dalyan with its extensive range of shops, bars and restaurants, is exactly 1km from the villa and is a pleasant 15 minute walk along a paved road. However there are two local shops only five minutes walk away and the closest restaurants are about ten minutes walk away.

- "We loved our holiday in Dalyan at Villa Frank. We were there during the July heat wave with temperatures topping 45° and we were so thankful we’d booked the Villa rather than a hotel. The private pool is big enough to swim, play games or just relax in and the Villa itself is well-equipped with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and air conditioning. The outdoor area is beautiful, mature shaded garden, with mountain views, large pool, lots of outdoor seating and an inbuilt BBQ. At night you can watch the bats swoop down over the pool. We split our time between sunbathing and relaxing by the pool and exploring the local area. The town is 15 mins walk away, lots of bars and restaurants which come alive late evening. We enjoyed browsing the local shops and weekly market and travelling further afield, taking the local Dolmus to Iztuzu beach with the turtle sanctuary and various boat and safari excursions with Kaunas Tours. It really is the perfect location and accommodation, we’ve already recommended it to friends and hope to return again soon."

The villa has been built in a modern Turkish style having 6 bedrooms. 5 en suite rooms. 6 bathrooms. (one room in at basement. without bathroom.) New: Hidro- thermal jacuzzi for 5 person. This has extra cost for to use. Providing spacious accommodation for 12 people. It has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. Electronic air-conditioning has been fitted to all living areas and bedrooms. Dalyan is an unspoilt small town situated within a conservation area and home to numerous varieties of birds, and three types of turtle, including the protected loggerhead Caretta Caretta sea turtle . The beautiful Iztuzu Beach (Turtle Beach) with its 10km of soft golden sand is only a few minutes away or 25 minute boat ride away. Dalyan provides a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops with the emphasis on families. Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away.

Villa Huzur is a two storey family villa, stylishly designed and tastefully furnished. It shares a lovely pool with 4 other villas. It has its own private patio and Turkish seating area at the rear of the villa. The enclosed gardens and pool in a quiet area make a lovely private setting for your holiday. The villa has the best location of all the other villas on the complex and beautiful terrace area, ideal for parents who wish to keep an eye on their children when using the swimming pool. At night, the ambient lighting of the night lights of the villa will want to make you relax and chill in the evening.

Dalyan village is a short walk away with its riverside restaurants and bustling shops. Dalyan is set within a conservation area making it perfect for nature lovers all year round, it sits in a curve of the river Dalyan surrounded by cotton fields, fruit farms and Olive Groves. The river runs southwards to Iztutu Beach and northwards to Lake Koycegiz. Dalyan is a truly beautiful location with spectacular scenery and ancient ruins that include an Acropolis, Temples and Amphi-Theatre. It has something for everyone!

Ideal for relaxing holiday families + children, teens ,couples who want to chill out together, or older guests who just want a relaxing time. There is Free Wireless internet (wifi) as well as Smart TV plus Netflix streaming free access for best films, series and music from 190 countries around the world. Included also is games consoles for the family with lots of games to choose from to keep everyone happy. The villa boasts WFH areas so you can bring your laptop and connect using dual screen, headsets and speakers.

The Villa has air-conditioning throughout, which can be used as warm air heaters also. All windows and doors have mosquito nets. Villa has WIFI and we can supply a cot for babies/young children, also a high chair upon request. We have installed stair gates for safety.

Outside: Gardens have small shrubs including orange & lemon trees and grassy areas for sunbathing, Villa has 4 sunbeds and hammock as well as a turkisk kosk for private seating. The Kosk is well lit at night with led fairy lights and subtle garden solar lighting for your enjoyment.

Pool has raised sunbathing area. Pool is split into two levels, an area that allows you to touch the bottom and another for swimming. Turkish Seating area (kosk) is at rear of villa and allows for extra privacy: a quiet area to read, drink etc. Villa is in quiet location with other villas near by.

Utility Room: Washing machine and separate WC. Outdoor washing line for clothes drying. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen supplied.
A Small grocery store nearby for fruit and vegetables as well as other essentials.
A Turkish Hamman (Sauna, Spa & Turkish Baths) are around the corner and recommended at the beginning of your stay for complete exfoliation and relaxation.
The property is cleaned before you arrive and extra cleaning can be arranged. For stays over 1 week long fresh linen and towels will be
supplied. A welcome pack is provided of tea, coffee, orange juice, and milk etc.

Other: Outside patio has table and chairs for 6. There are sunbeds and a hammock. Turkish seating area at the rear of the Villa allows many to
relax in the shade privately.

Villa Huzur is situated 500m from the town centre of Dalyan, only a 5 minute walk. There is a corner shop 100 metres from the villa suitable for bread, milk etc. A Turkish Hamam is just 100 metres from your door where you can relax and have an original Turkish Bath including oil massage. A small pub/
cafe within 100 metres offers both alcoholic drinks and coffee and also provides a dining service for breakfast and main meals in a very friendly atmosphere.

There is a floodlit swimming pool with depths ranging from .9m to 1.6m which is suitable for both non-swimmers and swimmers alike. In the villa you will find a large lounge and dining area and large fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer and washing machine. The whole villa is air conditioned with individually air conditioned bedrooms and also has a DVD & TV . Bedrooms
2 & 3 are joined with a balcony and there are three two bathrooms, one upstairs with ensuite in master bedroom and a shower room downstairs.

The dining room opens onto a large south/east facing terrace with a barbecue and outdoor setting for 6. There are quiet areas in the garden, ideal for sunbathing.

The weekly Saturday market in Dalyan is the ideal place to get all you want in one area - and at bargain prices! Haggle and you're sure to get lots of stuff at great prices. Its 5mins away from Villa Huzur and with its many stalls sell everything from leather belts, trainers to your fruit and veg for the week. You won’t be able to resist the freshly made pancakes!

The pool, shared with four other villas (3 of the villas are family owned and not rented out) and the pool is to the front of the villa. The swimming pool is a shared pool and has no lifeguard. The pool is shared with 4 other villas, 3 are privately owned villa and the one other villa is a rental. (this villa is also available if you would like to invite another family to join you).
The pool is unfenced and goes from .6m to 2m, it has two areas a shallow and deep end when in the pool.
Parents can relax in Villa Huzer private terrace shaded areas at the front of the of the villa also while the added advantage for keeping an eye on children in the pool. The Villa has an area at the front for sunbathing with sunbeds, cushions
and parasol shading is provided.
The garden surrounding the property is on two levels, with private areas for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. It features bougainvilleas, hibiscus, palms, bamboo, fruit trees and cacti. Sunbeds and deckchairs are provided.

Villa Huzur is a short walking distance from the main town centre.
A walk of 800m (10mins) gets you to the main turtle roundabout and if you were to cycle it would take less than half the time. We are situated near a lovely traditional Turkish bath and a bistro restaurant. Our neighbours at Safak allow us to enjoy drinks and food at their bar should you wish to. The Saturday Dalyan market is a couple of blocks away (3mins) and you are there.
