Completed in 2009, Oryanda is a beautiful detached “Rock Style” villa situated in the Ovacik valley, southern Turkey, near the lively town of Hisarinou and the famous 'Blue Lagoon' in Olu Deniz. Set in its own landscaped garden with a backdrop of the Babadag Mountain, this 4 story town house style villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has air-conditioning throughout. An open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen leads out to a terrace with a built in BBQ for alfresco dining. The villa is spacious,and air-conditioned, has mosquito screens on all windows and doors and has been furnished to a high standard. The villa is on 3 floors having 2 large double bedrooms (one with king size bed and the other with twin 3ft beds) with a shared Shower room downstairs and 2 more large double bedrooms (one with king size bed and the other with twin 3ft beds) each with own private bathroom/shower and balcony upstairs.
The lounge area has another cloakroom and leads to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen contains all amenities to give a home from home feel. Beautiful farmhouse set in an idyllic village Kayakoy. Great for walkers as Kayakoy has some fantastic walks being mountain or forest. Approx 200m from the house there is a bus that runs every half an hour which is great if you would like to visit Hisaronu or famous Oludeniz blue lagoon. The house is a ten minute walk from food shops and village restaurants. On arrival there is a meet and greet so no need to worry and help is on hand if needed 24/7.
The farmhouse is of very good size and can accommodate up to six persons. There is an additional fold up bed if needed. The house also offers a good size swimming pool (appx 33 feet length and 16feet wide) with sunbathing areas around the pool which is totally private to you the renter. There is also aircon available to all the bedrooms. This is a fantastic place to really chill/relax and the surrounding views are beautiful.
Kayakoy was once home to the greek community which is steeped in history and the old houses that are no longer lived in offer a fantastic backdrop and view for those of you that like to sit back in the evenings and enjoy real tranquil turkish life. There is a small beach close by which looks out onto Saint Nicholas island reputed to be the birth place of Father Christmas. Water and sky sports are available as well as a well stocked beach restaurant/bar. Kaya is great for those of you that may like to paint or just sit back and read. The pool and outside area are very nice although the sun shades and sun beds are old/broken and need to be replaced. But it is inside the property that badly, badly needs to have money spent on it. Electric sockets hanging off the wall, loose taps and shower fittings, wardrobes with no shelves , loose wires, chairs and other furniture poorly repaired and needing to be replaced. The list goes on, but to put it bluntly a few thousand pounds needs to be spent on bringing this property up to a decent standard. My house is in Kaya village where is one of the most popular historical place in Fethiye. My house is 10 km away from Ölüdeniz beach. The nearest beach is 10 minutes. House is builded with naturel stones. If you want to stay in a clean and new house but want to be in naturel place, here is highly recommended. Our pool is being cleaned every early morning by staffs. Besides being a quiet and natural place, Kayaköy is very easy to get into the city whenever you wish. Fethiye centrum is only 8km from our house. We have 4 bedrooms for families and honeymoon couples. If you do not want to go to beach, you can chill in the private pool. Also, I use my positive and negative experiences during my domestic and international travels to improve my own business. I pay attention to cleanliness first of all in the hotel like everyone else so we do our best to ensure that our guests do not have a bad experiences. I like traveling and discovering new places, I am happy to chat with our guests about their travels and give recommendations for the Fethiye region.

The reviews for all 3 villas are identical.The villa has an extremely clean interior but is sparsely furnished. While it is nice, with a little more attention to detail it would have been lovely. Outside, the grass and weeds hadn't been cut for some time and the sunbeds were placed in amonst them - uncomfortable and uncertain underfoot. Company policy is to remove absolutely everthing consumable from previous occupants so the first task on arrival is to shop despite your time you get there. Unlike the sister villas next door, sunbed mattresses are not provided or sun umbrella. In the villa there is limited storage space for clothing (no drawers only 2 rails with hangers and a shelf with each). There is no information pack or First Aid pack and no hand towels or tea towels for the kitchen.Only 2 small cushions available for use anywear on chairs. No pegs were supplied for the clothes drier and pool towels are not supplied. The main bathroom shower also drains outside the cubicle - built wrong, looding part of the floor. ere was also no mid term clean, or sheet and towel change. That said, we had a lovely time once overcoming the proviosions hurdle. I wouldn't recommend this villa for 4 adults (space) or children (space and steps hazards outside) though it is adequate for a couple. It's a pity, it can be so much better. Perhaps this villa is better suited to the local market. Sorry. "

Our tastefully equipped villa has a sea view and is the most luxurious villa in the category of sea view villas in the Fethiye region. It is 5 minutes away from bays such as Aksazlar, Büyük Samanlık, Küçük Samanlık, Kuleli, Büyük Boncuklu, Küçük Boncuklu in Fethiye and within walking distance to Aksazlar Bay. Our villa Aksazlar has a view of the bay. Fethiye is right next to the marina and has a unique view. It is 1 minute away from the center of Fethiye, close to restaurants and bars. If you do not have a vehicle, it is at a location where you will not need a vehicle.

Our villa, which has a very nasal living room, has a wide usage area and its pool is very large and useful.

- "This was the perfect rental property for our family vacation to Fethiye. Parking was available, the pool was perfection during the 90+ degree weather, close to beaches on the peninsula, walkable to a great cafe and a market for all your quick shopping needs, also walkable to the main areas of Fethiye if you're up for it (about 1km or so) - can't say enough great things about it. The property management was super helpful and always responsive as well. We left behind cleaning products and some beach towels, as well as some coffee and sugar (those little things you need when you first arrive) since none were in the home. That would be the only thing that could have been provided, really --- cleaning supplies and extra towels and blankets. But we figured it out and it was really a lovely 10 days and we would definitely go back!"
