There is a 4 metre umbrella on the terrace which is a lovely area to provide shade during the day and to relax with drinks in the evening. The grounds of the villa are surrounded by garden lighting together with pool lights which provide practical yet atmospheric lighting during the lovely warm evenings. The property benefits from a variety of seating areas with 2 sets of tables and chairs, 6 sun loungers and a hammock, as well as a paved barbecue area to the side of the property. There is a large barbecue on the paved area together with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, which benefits from the dappled shade of the almond tree in the evening. Behind the barbecue area, there are Olive and fruit trees providing a beautiful setting for dining as well as privacy. For further entertainment, there is a darts board and table football.
On arriving at the villa, there is ample parking space for up to 4 cars. The block paved drive next to the villa takes you to an entrance porch which is surrounded by beautiful bedding plants. The main door leads to a lounge with a new fully fitted open plan kitchen with island, cream gloss units, black granite worktops and fitted Bosch electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with white porcelain dining sets and all of the cooking and food preparation equipment that is needed. The kitchen leads onto the dining area which has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The dining room has double aspect patio doors with fantastic views of the pool, terrace as well as the valley and stunning mountains beyond. There is also a modern fully tiled bathroom downstairs with shower enclosure, vanity unit and toilet. The villa has beautiful porcelain tile flooring throughout. The spacious lounge has an open fireplace with wood burning stove, air conditioning, 2 and 3 seater settees, 1 armchair and a coffee table, all of which easily accommodates 6 people. There is a 42inch flat screen television for watching DVDs, an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot and an iPod dock for listening to music and charging most Apple devices. The property also benefits from FREE UNLIMITED internet access together with a PS4 and games. There are patio doors in the lounge which lead directly to a large tiled terrace at the front of the property with a tiled roof and Turkish lights above. The uninterrupted views from the terrace are truly stunning. This is an ideal place to dine al fresco and take in the peace and tranquillity that Villa Maria offers.
Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms each have king size beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, chest of drawers and a mirror. Both bedrooms benefit from patio doors with Juliet balconies and uninterrupted views of Uzumlu with the protected olive groves and mountains beyond.

Whilst Fethiye is 20kms away it is still close enough for all your needs with good roadways and directions, in fact I would highly recommend several visits to some very good restaurants. The villa itself was extremely clean, well maintained and equipped, set out perfectly with a lovely mezzanine overlooking the living room. Open plan with very good lighting which made the whole house feel light and breezy. I have stayed in many villa’s over the years but a further feature of Villa Maria which you do not always get is the number of outside seating areas, 4 to be exact, so it does not matter the direction of the breeze you will be able to situate yourself accordingly. I may also add the wifi was also very good which is not always the case. Both Debbie (Owner) and Metin (Villa Manager) were excellent. They both answered texts or emails very quickly and gave good direction for all questions asked, thank you both. In short, this is a beautiful villa in a lovely peaceful location run by very nice and truly helpful people, I cannot recommend this villa enough and, for the first time ever, we are seriously considering a 2nd visit to a villa with friends. This luxury 4 bedroomed modern villa has real Turkish character and is located at the base of the impressive mendos mountain with amazing views of babadag where the paragliders start their decent down to olu deniz beach. The villa has it's own private pool with sun beds and parasols . A marble staircase takes you to the 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms and landing areas. A large covered balcony is fully equiped for outside dining and can provide shade from the hot sun. Each of the 4 bedrooms has air-conditioning.

- "Highly recommended to stay at Villa Caroline the gardens and balcony offer great shade from the sun and we really needed it with temperatures 10 degrees above average for June. We went as a family of 8 with two very young children and really appreciated that the pool has two depths which allowed us to interact with the little ones. The Villa is fully air conditioned and very comfortable we took a fire stick so was able to get good television from the wi fi. Bulent and Burcu are excellent hosts and so accommodating we had a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly. Yes the Villa is 25 minutes walk from the strip but benefits from having a well stocked supermarket two minutes away and is very close to good restaurants such as Turtle, Karisma and our favourite Cazibe. (all a very short walk) Taxis our £4/£5 to the strip from a call point nearby or wave one down from the road outside. Although it is on the main top road it is well set back and the garden is secure and the balcony has a wrap around fence and gate which was ideal to keep two toddlers from coming to any harm. We hope to return in the future and would happily answer any questions people might have."

The villa is located in the beautiful nature of Ovacik, The villa has huge garden and in the garden there is private swimming pool. There is heating for the pool. The heating can be operated with £100 extra charge for per week. There is also modern designed kitchen in the villa where you can cook delicious meals. Have no doubt our fully equipped villa will provide you totally relaxed holiday experience! From villa via car you can access to Ölüdeniz in 5 munities, Fethiye in 10 munites, and Dalaman 45 munites. The villa is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and city center. The villa has free wi-fi and barbeque. Villa is also secured with CCTV and alarm system.

It is just as the pictures show and we loved it. Really well maintained and furnished, spotlessly clean and a fabulous pool. The outside furniture was excellent quality and the pool cleaned every day. Ali the owner was quick to respond to any queries. There were shops and restaurants at the top of the road and it was a 5 minute drive to Hisaranou, 10 minutes to Olu Deniz. We had a couple of takeaways from Shiraz at the top of the road which was excellent and I highly recommend it if you don't want to go out one evening. I do have a couple of minor suggestions to add to the property but in the main I highly recommend it. 1 - get rid of the coloured pillowcases on the beds and replace with plain white so they can be easily washed/replaced each stay/clean. 2 - provide a towel for drying dishes, a cloth for washing dishes, washing up liquid, bin bags and maybe some hand soap in the bathrooms. These things cost very little and when you are renting a premium property such as this these should be provided as standard. Adding these would be a great extra at very little cost."

They sorted our transfers to and from the airport, so it was a really easy process to arrive at the villa/airport. They were also very fast at reponding to any questions we had before and during our stay. When we arrived at the villa, we were amazed at how beautiful it was and we much appreciated the welcome pack of food and drinks that greeted us on our arrival. We would definitely recommend this villa to anybody interested in visiting Turkey. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach which had a few local bars and restaurants overlooking the sea, which we used for breakfasts some days. Additionally it was only a 25 minute walk to Calis, a much busier area with so many amazing restaurants, bars and shops. From Calis you could also take a river taxi to Fethiye. We originally were using taxis but later on during the holiday we found that the bus service was just as efficient and a lot cheaper. We couldn't have been any happier with this holiday and couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to Turkey."

Villa Kalhada is situated in the pretty hillside area of Ovacik, and has an amazing view of Mt. Babadag and also uninterrupted views of the Mendos hills. The villa offers privacy and plenty of space. It has everything required for a relaxing holiday. The furnishings and decor are to a high standard, with full air conditioning. There is a covered verandah with comfortable seating which overlooks the private pool and garden area.

A welcome pack is provided for each group of guests.
If your stay is 2 weeks or longer, the villa will be cleaned once a week and all bed linen and towels will be changed. We provide bathroom, pool and beach towels.
The pool is cleaned daily. If your stay is April/May or end September/October we can heat the pool for you for an additional charge.

Villa Description
Ground floor - is an open plan area where there is a stylish lounge with a very comfortable corner sofa, large wall mounted TV, which has a full package of tv channels including all sports, movie and children's. WiFi is also included. There is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances and equipment. There is a bathroom and a utility room.. The pool, sun terraces and garden can be accessed directly via a door in the lounge area.

First floor - Stairs to the first floor lead to three double bedrooms. Two of them offer access to private balconies and share a family bathroom. The master bedroom incorporates its own en suite.

Second floor - The second floor includes a suite which has twin beds. This comes with fitted wardrobes and dressing table. It has its own en suite shower and access to a roof terrace.

Exterior
The garden includes a traditional Turkish Kosk, which is a covered soft seating area, as well as sunbeds around the pool. There is comfortable seating on the terrace which overlooks the pool. A heater will ensure that you will be able to enjoy a swim during the cooler months. A built in gas bbq within easy reach of the kitchen is ideal for al fresco dining in the warm summer months.

The pool is at the front of the property where it is screened from surrounding homes.
