Villa Kibele overlooks the sea on the exclusive Cukurbag Peninsula, close to the historic town of Kas. Villa is located at the best area both view and location. The Cukurbag peninsula is west of Kas and is surrounded by olive and almond trees. Villa Kibele is situated on the lagoon side of the peninsula and is only 3 kilometers from the town of Kas.The friendly town of Kas is only five minutes by car.There are plenty of taxis available in Kas. Minibuses pass at every half an hour in front of the villa.Cultural sites are within easy driving distance.There are lots of agents which organizes cultural trips.

Staff : Staff carries baggages in your bedroom and he is on call for your needs. Staff maintains the garden, terraces, swimming pool, collects refuse and makes daily light cleaning of the villa.
Maid service is provided once a week for cleaning and the change of towels and linens. Additional cleaning is available at local charge.

1- After each guest, 24 hours will be reserved for disinfection and cleaning operations and the new guests will be welcomed 1 day later.

3- Your temperature will be measured with a infrared thermometer by our staff at the check-in.

There are relaxed seating areas both on the roof terrace, and in a shaded area by the pool as well as sun loungers and beanbags. It is very spacious.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA MANZARA:
There are so many different areas outside at Villa Manzara. Everyone can have a space to call their own.
The terraced garden areas are filled with fruit trees, beautiful Mediterranean plants and bougainvillea. Great for picking a lemon for G&T or some rosemary for lamb on the bbq!

The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun-loungers, parasols and 2 large outdoor bean bags.
There is also a relaxed seating area with a sofa, chairs and table in the shade.
The two dining terraces give you flexible dining options to suit your group.
The BBQ terrace, with local stone built BBQ, has a low Turkish style seating area.
The large roof terrace has Turkish style seating across two of the corners, making for a great after dinner social area while watching the sunset or even the shooting stars!
If that is not enough, you can always retire to your own balcony and watch the gulets out at sea.

Villa Manzara is on is a cul-de-sac in Kalamar Bay and as such makes for a very peaceful location.

The centre of Kalkan is 5 min by car, taxi or local dolmus bus. However, locally there are some really fabulous restaurants if your group want to stay local. There is also an option to book a private chef to cook for you as another option.

As well as the local beach and beach clubs the famous 18km Patara Beach is a 10 min drive away. Kaputas Beach, equally famous is also a 10 min drive. Both beaches and the local town of Kas, and Fethiye farther afield can be reached by bus, taxi or car.

SPECIAL INTEREST HOLIDAYS:
Kalkan and the surrounding areas have an abundance of ancient historical sites such as Xanthos and Patara. It is an ideal place to come to for walking/hiking holidays (all walks on the Lycian Way are clearly marked). The gorge at Saklikent provides another area for walking, river tubing or rafting. For those who love a real adventure, there is paragliding from the top of the mountain in Kas, and as well as mountain biking and quad biking nearby.
The villages surrounding Kalkan are well worth a visit. Some local villages also have wonderful restaurants with locally cooked specialities. They have stunning views across both Kalkan and Patara. There really is no better place to dine and watch the sunset!

Due to a number of stone steps the villa is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Parents please be aware that although we do have a stair-gate on the external staircase leading to the pool terrace, there are no stair-gates inside the villa.
Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair can be provided. Children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

No floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar to be used in the pool by children without responsible adult supervision due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.

Villa Zinnia is a beautiful three bedroom villa with its own pool and, close to the olive groves of Kalkan with views of the Taurus mountains. The villa is in a superb location 1 minute from a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. With only a 15 minute, mainly level walk into the centre of town, unlike most villas in Kalkan, it is an easy walk back without a taxi needed at the end of your night out (although there are plenty about!). Luxurious and well equipped with a modern,contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, the villa will sleep up to 8 in its large, spacious bedrooms. On the top floor is a superb ensuite master bedroom, and a further double and twin room on the first floor along with a family bathroom with bath. All linen is supplied by the villa apart from beach towels and the maid does a thorough once a week clean and linen change.The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens also are watered daily. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are installed on the top floor and there is a drying rack for any washing.

Facilities: Located only 1 minute walk from the villa is a small supermarket and several lovely restaurants. The weekly market and bus station are both a 10 minute walk away.

For toddlers we have a cot, highchair, potty and bathroom stool.

Short walk down hill (about 10 mins) to the centre of Kalkan and plenty of reasonably priced taxis to save walking back up the hill at the end of the evening. Lots of choices of restaurants to suit all budgets. We ate out quite a lot and didn’t have one bad meal. Kitchen in the villa well equipped for dining in and villa is a two minute walk to small supermarket, with bigger supermarkets such as Migros just down the road that had a wider range of food and drink. Kalamar Beach club is a 15 min walk downhill and they provide a free shuttle service. Excursions to nearby Patara beach, Saklikant Gorge, boat trips easily bookable from offices in centre of Kalkan. We have been to Kalkan several times over the last ten years and it’s always so relaxed and welcoming."

Gorgeous views from the roof terrace and spacious eating area just off the kitchen. Lots of comfy outdoor furniture to relax on. Very comfortable beds. Sean was very prompt and informative with communications before and during our stay and we were fortunate to be granted a late check out of 4pm as no guests were due that day. The villa was easy to find using google maps. Handy couple of supermarkets and eateries just 5 mins walk away and about 25 min walk to the harbour and old town. We had a hire car so easy enough to drive over and park there in an evening if dining out there. Very quiet area in terms of traffic and neighbours. Highly recommended"

Villa Adden: Our air conditioned villa sleeps 6. The villa is equipped with hair dryer ,iron ironing board ,washing machine ,clothes dryers and a safe. We have are own off street parking for those that bring a car. The villa will be cleaned once a week, our local manager will come to the villa every day for pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Any problems we will leave a phone in the villa for you to contact our local manager who is always there to help. The villa is close enough to walk into town where you will find the local bus station that can take you to most places around Kalkan and further. You do not need to bring masses of baggage,the villa is fully equipped and is a home from home.
