Villa Kibele overlooks the sea on the exclusive Cukurbag Peninsula, close to the historic town of Kas. Villa is located at the best area both view and location. Designed and built by its' architect owners - no attention to detail has been spared both internally and externally. The villa is completely surrounded by beautiful gardens (bouganvillea, jasmin, lemon, banana, olive and orange trees to name but a few) which are enclosed within stone walls giving both security and privacy. The Cukurbag peninsula is west of Kas and is surrounded by olive and almond trees. Villa Kibele is situated on the lagoon side of the peninsula and is only 3 kilometers from the town of Kas.The friendly town of Kas is only five minutes by car.There are plenty of taxis available in Kas. Minibuses pass at every half an hour in front of the villa.Cultural sites are within easy driving distance.There are lots of agents which organizes cultural trips.

Staff : Staff carries baggages in your bedroom and he is on call for your needs. Staff maintains the garden, terraces, swimming pool, collects refuse and makes daily light cleaning of the villa.
Maid service is provided once a week for cleaning and the change of towels and linens. Additional cleaning is available at local charge.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

1- After each guest, 24 hours will be reserved for disinfection and cleaning operations and the new guests will be welcomed 1 day later.

2-All the rooms, bathrooms and living areas will be disinfected by ULV machine ann there will be hand disinfection equipments at the entrence.

3- Your temperature will be measured with a infrared thermometer by our staff at the check-in.

4-All the luggages will be disinfected by our staff at the check-in.

5- Daily cleaning is not available during Covid-19 period. Garbages will be picked up every day.

6- Pool and the open areas will be cleaned and disinfected every day.

7- Pool will be not allowed to use after 10:00pm for cleaning and disinfection.

Villa Manzara is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with 2 lounges. It has 2 dining terraces, giving you the freedom to choose how and where your group would like to eat, drink and relax. Either small group under the bougainvillea or larger group next to the bbq.

There are relaxed seating areas both on the roof terrace, and in a shaded area by the pool as well as sun loungers and beanbags. It is very spacious.

The villa is of exceptional quality with travertine marble terraces, private pool with large sunbathing area, contemporary furnishings and high quality appliances.

The views are stunning from every floor, window and balcony of the villa.

Within a 5 min walk is the sea with 3 beach clubs: Kalamar (for families), Lures Hotel (for 5* luxury) and the Kulube Hotel (for a quiet chilled vibe in a pretty bay).

It's 5 min drive to the centre of the old town.

There are plenty of great restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

If you are keen on nature, the villa is by the Lycian Way which provides miles of picturesque walking trails.

The villa is maintained by an English/Turkish company, who keep our home in perfect condition, with a pool guy visiting at least once per day.

We provide a Turkish mobile phone with all useful telephone numbers for our agent, taxis, restaurants, gulet cruises as well as the doctor and the dentist.

OUTSIDE AT VILLA MANZARA:
There are so many different areas outside at Villa Manzara. Everyone can have a space to call their own.
The terraced garden areas are filled with fruit trees, beautiful Mediterranean plants and bougainvillea. Great for picking a lemon for G&T or some rosemary for lamb on the bbq!

The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun-loungers, parasols and 2 large outdoor bean bags.
There is also a relaxed seating area with a sofa, chairs and table in the shade.
The two dining terraces give you flexible dining options to suit your group.
The BBQ terrace, with local stone built BBQ, has a low Turkish style seating area.
The large roof terrace has Turkish style seating across two of the corners, making for a great after dinner social area while watching the sunset or even the shooting stars!
If that is not enough, you can always retire to your own balcony and watch the gulets out at sea.

Villa Manzara is on is a cul-de-sac in Kalamar Bay and as such makes for a very peaceful location.

The centre of Kalkan is 5 min by car, taxi or local dolmus bus. However, locally there are some really fabulous restaurants if your group want to stay local. There is also an option to book a private chef to cook for you as another option.

As well as the local beach and beach clubs the famous 18km Patara Beach is a 10 min drive away. Kaputas Beach, equally famous is also a 10 min drive. Both beaches and the local town of Kas, and Fethiye farther afield can be reached by bus, taxi or car.

SPECIAL INTEREST HOLIDAYS:
Kalkan and the surrounding areas have an abundance of ancient historical sites such as Xanthos and Patara. It is an ideal place to come to for walking/hiking holidays (all walks on the Lycian Way are clearly marked). The gorge at Saklikent provides another area for walking, river tubing or rafting. For those who love a real adventure, there is paragliding from the top of the mountain in Kas, and as well as mountain biking and quad biking nearby.
The villages surrounding Kalkan are well worth a visit. Some local villages also have wonderful restaurants with locally cooked specialities. They have stunning views across both Kalkan and Patara. There really is no better place to dine and watch the sunset!

Due to a number of stone steps the villa is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Parents please be aware that although we do have a stair-gate on the external staircase leading to the pool terrace, there are no stair-gates inside the villa.
Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair can be provided. Children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

No floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar to be used in the pool by children without responsible adult supervision due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.

Villa Zinnia is a beautiful three bedroom villa with its own pool and, close to the olive groves of Kalkan with views of the Taurus mountains. The villa is in a superb location 1 minute from a supermarket and several restaurants and bars. With only a 15 minute, mainly level walk into the centre of town, unlike most villas in Kalkan, it is an easy walk back without a taxi needed at the end of your night out (although there are plenty about!). Luxurious and well equipped with a modern,contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, the villa will sleep up to 8 in its large, spacious bedrooms. On the top floor is a superb ensuite master bedroom, and a further double and twin room on the first floor along with a family bathroom with bath. All linen is supplied by the villa apart from beach towels and the maid does a thorough once a week clean and linen change.The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens also are watered daily. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are installed on the top floor and there is a drying rack for any washing.

Facilities: Located only 1 minute walk from the villa is a small supermarket and several lovely restaurants. The weekly market and bus station are both a 10 minute walk away.

For toddlers we have a cot, highchair, potty and bathroom stool.

Kalamar Beach club is a 15 min walk downhill and they provide a free shuttle service. Excursions to nearby Patara beach, Saklikant Gorge, boat trips easily bookable from offices in centre of Kalkan. We have been to Kalkan several times over the last ten years and it’s always so relaxed and welcoming."

We did a big shop in Kalkan when we got then and then just topped up at the mini market near the villa . Taxis were good value to go into Kalkan but we also enjoyed the beach club which was walkable and luckily we never had to walk back uphill in the dark as the owner of the beach club used to take us home in his car . Andy arranged a boat trip for the 6 of us on Sea Belle Junior and this was the high spot of the holiday . We had the boat to ourselves and the lovely lady cooked us the most amazing lunch , a huge array of home made salads , chicken and rice , fish and courgette fritters . In the afternoon she then produced a warm home made chocolate cake served with Turkish tea . Stunning"

Taxis are the best way home, as it's a steep walk, but they were plentiful and cheap at a 90 lira set price. The manager of the property in Kalkan was also very good and can organise almost anything you need!!"

Around Kalkan it is excellent for walking, ancient ruins, beaches, Gulet and sailing cruises, horse riding, tennis and mountain biking. If you don't have the energy the villa comes with various books, scrabble, backgammon and cards. Perfect, just sit on the roof terrace and escape!

The Kalkan Beach restaurant 100m from the Villa has a water taxi running into town every half hour which is a ten minute scenic ride!

Scuba Diving: Lessons and Padi courses available personally and can be booked in advance by the owners direct. Two qualified Scuba boats are berthed at Kalkan harbour and sail daily to the dive sites. Diving in Turkey is excellent with visibility in excess of 30mts.

Beach Trips and Gulet boats: Patara beach and Kaputas beach are both wonderful. Why not pack a hamper and spend the day swimming in the Lycian sea? Alternatively hire a Gulet boat for the day and sail around the islands. A full day including food starts at £10 per person.

Our modernly furnished spacious villa is fully equipped with from all the necessary amenities to even the smallest details and it's suitable for a romantic honeymoon, for large groups or for families. Get ready for a relaxing stay and pamper yourself with a great view by the private infinity pool or by the jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

Every day early in the morning our gardener cleans the pool, trims the garden and leaves some fresh loaves of bread on your door.

Many parts of Kalkan Dream Villa were renovated. The most major upgrades include:

- The infinity pool is reconstructed to add stairs in, and it's lowered from 1.90m depth to 1.60m. It is also a heated pool now upon request.

- New shaded area around the pool area, and outdoor seating lounge under it.

- The balcony on the middle floor is rebuilt, and new rails were custom made for the lower floor’s terrace.

- Replaced the TV with a curved 4K Samsung TV with Netflix Premium account.

- New furniture, rugs, pillows, accessories in each room.

- Automatic hot/cold water dispenser, renewed all the cutlery and added more stuff to the kitchen.

- 500 new clay pots around the garden, to emphasize the Mediterranean feeling of the villa.

- Fixes around the houses, painted all the interiors, new rain shower heads in the top 2 rooms’ bathrooms for the ultimate relaxation.

Location:
Located on top of a hill, Kalkan Downtown is just 1 km away by foot or by car, whilst the sea is just 100 meters away (bird's eye view). The only neighboring villa is on the right side of the property, as can be seen in the pictures. However, it's mostly vacant throughout the year, so the villa and the pool area offer our guests a fully private experience.

Take a break and enjoy the good scenery in a relaxing and comfortable 400 m2 wide and spacious villa. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden, on top of a hill. There is no other house on top of you and there is a divider between the villa on the right so that your privacy belongs only to you.

She is vaccinated and sterilized. She isn't our cat, but she likes to be treated as the owner of the villa, so from now on we are listing her as a pet living on the property constantly.

Villa Bergamot (Ministry of Tourism License No: 07-1113) offers the perfect combination of a pool and sea side vacation home thanks to its prime location in Kalkan’s sought after Kisla Bay, just five minutes walking distance to the beach. Spread over three floors, it boasts spectacular sea-views from all levels, including the pool terrace. Interiors are very bright and spacious with a homey ambience and lots of wall-to-wall French windows.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Due to a number of stone steps the villa is NOT suitable for those with mobility issues. Please also note that we have a stair gate at the top of the external stairs, but we have no internal stair-gates. We also have an infinity pool with a sheer drop so children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and should not be allowed to use floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar without an adult due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.

Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair can be provided.

- "Not worth your money, they were not helpful at all I had to ring them and advise them that we need to know where to go as they didn’t even know we were checking in The door was broken, no reception we booked room 8 as it gets more sun and we were given room 5 and when we approached them advising them of this they turned around and said it’s just a number and we don’t do the numbers we just write it for the sake of it I asked for my own room That I paid for however they refused this. Not helpful at all wouldn’t recommend at all save yourself money and don’t both let with this place. We were two people and only given one chair , stayed for 4 days however they only gave half used toilet paper for us to use for 4 days . Please save yourself the hassle and money and book somewhere else Very rude people "
