The property offers a fantastic large infinity pool with unspoilt views across the mountains of Patara and Kalkan and is based between Islamlar and Kalkan in a local hamlet called (Uz) that has a few local restaurants, fresh butchers and all you need from a market that offers fresh fish /rotary chicken and will provide a service delivery. The local AKA will offer breakfast and service delivery.
The standard of the villa and furnishings are very high standard. The villa has travertine stone floors throughout the bathrooms and new rainforest showers were added in 2022.

Brand New Mosquito nets in all patio doors built inside 2025 to allow air through the property.

There are three kitchen areas to provide private space for individuals and couples should they choose. One on the top floor, ground and annexe level. Large outside table for alfresco dinning with sunbeds and umbrellas. Five bedrooms - Four of the bedrooms have comfortable king size divan beds, and one bedroom has twin divan beds, dressing tables with mirrors, beside cabinets and wardrobes. A wonderful luxury villa for 2 in a beautiful rural setting with stunning views down to the coast. This villa gives the opportunity for complete relaxation in the peaceful hillside location of Islamlar but it is only a 15 minute drive down to the coast and the upmarket resort of Kalkan. In midsummer the cooler air up here is a welcome relief from the heat at sea level.

The villa offers all home comforts for a perfect romantic retreat whether it is for a honeymoon or the chance for a few nights away without the kids.

The living room has floor length windows looking out onto the pool and is both comfortable and stylish with a retro feel. Sitting by the fireplace will be a cosy choice in early and late season and there is central heating so even a stay in the off season is possible. Think Christmas or New Year! There is a large flat screen TV with satellite channels so you can keep in touch with what is happening in the outside world if you want to.

The stylish modern kitchen is well equipped if you wish to do your own cooking and there is an integral dishwasher so no need for arguments about the washing up. There is a dining table inside for cooler days at the beginning or end of season or in winter.

The bedroom's kingsize round bed is its main feature. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the pool and garden and there is direct access to the indoor jacuzzi pool. There is a spacious built-in wardrobe in the corridor just outside the bedroom in the corridor leading to the bathroom.

The outside living space is completely private and a superb pool is the main feature with its relaxing swing seat for two set above the pool for maximum sunbathing and chilling. The patio dining area is close to the pool and the BBQ is just nearby. There is an additional comfortable sitting area with sun shade for when it gets too hot in August.

Overall the property has everything you need for a relaxing break in comfort and style away from the crowds in a rural village setting.

Within Islamlar and walking distance from the villa there are a couple of small village stores and several fresh trout restaurants whch take advantage of the mountain streams which are a feature of Islamlar. The food on offer is simple but delicious - freshly caught trout, chips, fried halloumi type cheese, salads and village bread with amazing views down through the hills to the sea.

Located up in the hills away from busy Kalkan and amongst the local farming community with local shops a short distance away. No welcome pack was provided which would have been useful as we arrived very late in the evening. Unique timber luxury villa with one bedroom . Ottoman motifs are used throughout this villa, which has magnificent views out to sea and both outdoor and indoor heated pools. Set in the higher slopes of Islamlar Village this villa's pools are completely secluded from the outside world, giving a high degree of privacy. The living space is two storeys in height and the bedroom is on a mezzanine level within this space. The large windows to this space maximize the views from within and create a marvellous sense of spaciousness.

Our villa, has one en-suite bedroom with a capacity of 2 guests, however a third guest could be accomodated on the sofabed in the living area if required. Our villa is located on one of the highest hills in the village, which gives it spectacular views across the verdant Xanthos Valley towards Patara Beach. The property location is very quiet and peaceful, making the villa suitable for honeymoon couples or smalll families ( with one child).
The outdoor pool is 7.5 x 3.5 metres and 1.6 metres in depth. This can be heated in the cooler months if required for an extra charge and means that this villa is available 12 months of the year. In addition to the outdoor pool there is also a small indoor pool with a hydro-massage facility, which can be heated and/or made open air. Guests wishing to use this heating facility needto give at least two days notice in order that the pool wil be warm on there arrival. The maximum temperature is approximatelt 28-30 degrees centigrade and the charge for this is 2000 TL per day , payable on arrival in cash. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds, parasols and an alfresco dining area from which guests may soak in the panorama whilst enjoying their meal.

- "A bright clean villa away from it all, We had a great time here just hiding away from the world and enjoying the wonderful weather and surroundings, the locals are so friendly, and the main town is great for food, restaurants and more commercial types of things. There were some challenges for us, we didn’t expect air hockey and an arcade games machine in the main living space, and the villa while lovely could do with some TLC, lots of minor things broken, or not working (although they offered to have contractors come in while we were there to fix some of these things) the worst was the building work next door which went on all week (same owner) which meant that at times we sat inside when they were using the angel grinder or were particularly noisy. Its not classically set up for the western market and so things like coffee mugs, wine glasses, wine opener or a welcome hamper were not provided.
