- "Amazing hotel with nice decoration. Got a room with 4 windows, 2 of them overlooking the seaside and a balcony to watch the stars at night. Ali, the owner, showed us two different rooms, our choice. Rooms are pleasantly decorated in French Provincial style -we had a cute 4 poster canopy bed. Bathroom is small but efficient. We had a small balcony with a nice view out over fields and the sea beyond. We ordered take away from the village and Ali set up a table for us in the dining room, right in front of the cozy wood stove. Breakfast was included and was excellent Turkish breakfast. There is a nice garden area and in the summer it is probably nice to sit outside to have your meals. We had some trouble connecting to free wifi, but Ali made some calls and soon resolved the issue for us. Esen Hotel is a peaceful place to stay in the town of Cunda, away from hustle of the city of Ayvalik."

I lost my bracelet and they even called to tell me they found it and could pick it up on my way back from my final destination. "

While some staff were very kind and helpful, the manager of this hotel is a very rude man that doesn't know how to treat customers and lies about the amenities offered by the hotel. The air-conditioning stopped working on our second night. The manager knew it had a problem but still kept us in this room. My biggest nightmare was the parking. As everyone can see it says it has parking and that is free, however, besides to be a very hard place to reach by car there's no parking. Instead of solving our problem, the manager screamed at us and was extremely rude. We had to pay an extra 250TL to have our car in private parking. I'd definitely recommend you find another place which doesn't lie about their amenities and respect customers."
