They were spacious and had a small balcony with two chairs looking onto neighbouring hotels and private dwellings.There was a walk in shower but no bath. This suited my party but worth checking when booking depending on your preference. The free mini bar was limited but welcome. There was a free electronic safe and multi channel TV. The room was very clean and was subject to a daily housekeeping service. Staff were friendly and conscientious."

- "The facilities at this hotel are exactly what you would expect, but the food was a little lacking in terms of quality and selection. Staff were polite and helpful and it is in a nice spot, directly on the beach and not too noisy. A pleasant 10 minute walk into Turgetries town where there is more than enough choice of restaurants, bars, etc. if you need a break from the hotel." - "I’m happy about my stay in Dragut Point North. Due to corona the facilities (restaurant, pool bar/animation and check in) were at Dragut Point South, which wasn’t too bad because it was only 1 minute away from DP North. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The spa is amazing, the massages are very nice. The food could be better though. There was no self service due to corona (which I completely understand) but the choice was rather small and not enough fish/vegetarian options. There are some lovely dogs wandering around the hotel. Please ask guests (put paper signs out) not to feed them as it’s not healthy for them. I would highly recommend giving them proper dog food and water as somé of them were drinking from the pool. Overall I would really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent budget option. Also, the music by the pool was great. Guests were allowed to choose what music was playing so it was to everyones taste."

The food at the beach bar was so so so good we tried different things on the menu and one was just as good as the other. I never had to call front desk for any issues or anything. Because it was on the last - 4th floor it was difficult for me to climb up due to my health conditions. The staff kindly changed my room. This room was nice and spacious too. It was modern and nicely decorated. The only downside was that balancing hot and cold water in a shower was problematic a little. However, the water pressure was very good. There are just a few things that I want to mention. I found a small piece of glass on the floor (see picture). When I showed the lady on reception, she took the glass from me and put it in the bin - she wasn’t shocked and didn’t offer an apology. I thought this was strange. I have 2 small children and either one of them could have crawled/stood on the glass. Cleaning of the rooms happens every 2 days - the cleaners didn’t come on day 2 and we were told they just forgot (again strange as the hotel only had 4 other guests at the time). It was a shame that the spa and indoor pool weren’t open, there was a storm while we’re at the hotel and entertaining 2 children in a hotel room when we could have been using the indoor pool (as it’s advertised). The blinds do not keep the light out fyi. Also we paid for a pool view and didn’t get that, even though the hotel was not full. "

- "We were given a terrible room that smelled of sewer and mildew. We had booked the hotel two months in advance but we were told 'we checked in too late' that day (6:30 pm) so no other room was available. It was also extremely loud right by the playground. Next day they gave us a better room. As we were waiting for a new room to be available while guests were checking out, there were at least two other guests at the front desk asking their rooms to be changed and they were told 'the hotel is full' The food is mediocre, average at best. We ate out two nights at local restaurants. The pool is nice, but it is almost impossible to get a beach chair around the pool. At 8 am there was nothing, so I am not sure what time people come for these chairs. The beach is great. The water is beautiful. Mostly sandy though some rocks when you first get in the water. I used water shoes. Beach chair situation is not as bad, you can get a chair if you go at 8-8:30 and put your towels on your chair. Hotel gives towels from the spa but they only take dirty towels in the evening to give you clean towels so if you go in the morning to get a fresh towel you are out of luck. I bought our own towels from a local store. Also, one of our hotel towels got stolen on the beach and I had to pay for it during check out. Best part of the hotel is location. It is literally in the town which is wonderful to walk around especially in the evening. Shopping/dining and local cultural experience is great."

There is no reception after some time at night , there is no security ,the doors are open with no security after the closing of the reception windows close. There is no air condition in the room and the ambient temperature is over 35 , no way to sleep. The stairs are too high to climb to the bed room, the bath room is so poor to be stated as bath room. There is no soap in the bath , unless you ask for it. Totally the so called hotel is not worth to the price that is asked. There is one single lady working to cover every thing which is too much for her. - "The property and view of the sea is even better than the pictures. Property manager (Mito) was so kind upon our arrival. He lead us into the village just 4km away and showed us where to buy meat, cheese, bread, produce, essentials, fresh fish, fresh eggs, beer, etc. We were three couples and the villa accommodated us perfectly. We cooked most of our meals because we knew where to get everything including charcoal for the grill. Went to Kos, Greece one day, Bodrum castle and market another. Drove the coast rode another. We rented a 7 seater minivan to be able to get around. Transportation is a must. Property has a mind blowing view but it is atop a steep road/hill that is too difficult to walk. The owner was extremely responsive by WhatsApp as was Mito locally. We'll definitely put this property at the top of our "come back" list!"
