Staff were polite and helpful and it is in a nice spot, directly on the beach and not too noisy. Due to corona the facilities (restaurant, pool bar/animation and check in) were at Dragut Point South, which wasn’t too bad because it was only 1 minute away from DP North. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The spa is amazing, the massages are very nice. The food could be better though. There was no self service due to corona (which I completely understand) but the choice was rather small and not enough fish/vegetarian options. There are some lovely dogs wandering around the hotel. Please ask guests (put paper signs out) not to feed them as it’s not healthy for them. I would highly recommend giving them proper dog food and water as somé of them were drinking from the pool. Overall I would really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent budget option. Also, the music by the pool was great. Guests were allowed to choose what music was playing so it was to everyones taste."

The Starbucks on the property and that little café was such a charming touch because if you didn’t want a full breakfast, you could just head there and have some coffee and pastries. The food at the beach bar was so so so good we tried different things on the menu and one was just as good as the other. I never had to call front desk for any issues or anything. Because it was on the last - 4th floor it was difficult for me to climb up due to my health conditions. The staff kindly changed my room. This room was nice and spacious too. It was modern and nicely decorated. The only downside was that balancing hot and cold water in a shower was problematic a little. However, the water pressure was very good. I had 'only room' option therefore can not comment on breakfast. If I come to that area again I would stay in this hotel! I'd like to thank Buğra Bey and his team for their kindness and help. Check in was great, Nazan (I think that was her name) was lovely, and always went out of her way to help us. The WiFi initially didn’t connect and she reset the system. She bought us water everyday and clean towels when we needed them. The breakfast was served on the table as opposed to a buffet as we visited at the end of May (the season hadn’t started yet?). It was a lovely selection of Turkish cheese, breads, jams and eggs. We were there for 4 days - i wish there could have been a bit of variety with the breakfast but it was good nonetheless. There are just a few things that I want to mention. I found a small piece of glass on the floor (see picture). When I showed the lady on reception, she took the glass from me and put it in the bin - she wasn’t shocked and didn’t offer an apology. I thought this was strange. I have 2 small children and either one of them could have crawled/stood on the glass. Cleaning of the rooms happens every 2 days - the cleaners didn’t come on day 2 and we were told they just forgot (again strange as the hotel only had 4 other guests at the time). It was a shame that the spa and indoor pool weren’t open, there was a storm while we’re at the hotel and entertaining 2 children in a hotel room when we could have been using the indoor pool (as it’s advertised). The blinds do not keep the light out fyi. Also we paid for a pool view and didn’t get that, even though the hotel was not full. "
