The main restaurant is huge and well designed both externally and internally. Unfortunately, however, in the morning and at noon, its shading is amateurish!!!! Horrible reservation of sunbeds every day. People even reserved it the night before, and at 6.20 am there was no sundbed to be found by the pool area. There is a sign that says “pls don not reserve sundbeds”. But if you don’t stick to or do something about it the guests is just gonna continue, and it gets very bad. - "We stayed here for a 4 nights mainly for the convenience of meeting friends also staying locally to Falariki, and for day excusions. The hotel was basic and our room was how we expected considering the price, but felt very dated and in need of renovation. Our shower was pretty poor and within a tiny bath so didn't have much space to move. Having the pool, bar and snack area was useful although we were only around to make use of this for one morning/afternoon as we were elsewhere the majority of the time. The location is convenient and close to good bars, bus connections, shops and restaurants. (Recommend trying Something Different across the road, outstanding) The breakfast selection was very good and all food was fresh and well stocked. This area of the hotel felt totally different to our rooms and accommodation block, in a good way.
