But having mentioned this in our Expedia check-in review, someone contacted us immediately, and it was sorted out the following morning. One of the owners also later paid a visit to make sure the problems had been ironed out. The property has beautiful flagstone floors, and some walls that are bare stone, so it is difficult to keep dust free, and might be problematic for someone with allergies. Walking to the nearest taverna was tricky in the dark, especially as there was a problem with the village lights. Take a torch or your phone! The second larger pool, in a separate area with several more apartments overlooking it, was lovely, and we made use of it although it was unheated and a bit on the chilly side owing to the time of year. Over all, a lovely and unusual place, and we will definitely return one day. "

- "The house were quaint and traditional. The shower room was awful and there was a rusty nail sticking out the floor which was dangerous. If a little bit of consideration was taken to improve these facilities the accommodation would have been lovely. The shower had a hand shower that you could not stand under and water poured out onto the floor everytime you showered. No cleaning was done as we had to ask for the toilet bins to be emptied every second day. The entrance to the accommodation was up a steep slope which was difficult to climb. If this was mentioned we would not have booked."

The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. It means you could not walk around without shoes on for fear of cutting your feet. The main bed squeaks awfully and when you move or sit down on it, the slightest movement is loud enough to wake you. We didn’t use the pool as this was a little dirty and uninviting. These issues were a shame as the space was great and it had all that you need apart from this. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. We had hired a car so not an issue for us. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Lounge was lovely and open."

It’s had a hard life and it shows! I do think a bit of information about the villa I.e how to use certain things, things close by and services offered, would be helpful. We also didn’t arrive till until the early hours in the morning (beeing a large group with young children) no small breakfast hamper (bread milk butter would of been more than enough) was left or offered. We paid a lot of money and have stayed in villas that haven’t cost as much who have had a more personal touch. There chat is responsive, towards the end I kind of gave mention snagging issues because I was on my holiday and kind it got a little tedious towards the end. Would I go back, this area yes to this villa I’m undecided yet! "

I called the number and the guy instead of finding a solution asked me first to put the money of the cleaning fee inside the box. Then he did not trust me when I say that no keys was inside and I was forced to make a video call to show him. Then he told me to open another key box with a code that didn't work and took me as an idiot who were not able to put the right code (talking to me on a very condescending and arrogant way). After another try on another keybox I had finally the keys. He insisted a lot about putting the money for the cleaning fee instead of trying to solve the matter. Then, I was expecting that everything was solved but when I was front off the bedroom door, the key did not work. Once again, the man made me feel I was stupid and was so impolite and asked one more time if I haveput the money for the cleaning fee. Then another man came and solved the matter and ofc asked for the cleaning fee too... (total process took more than 1hour) "

- "We stayed inthe hotel the night of 10th August. The booking and communication were done online. There is no front desk and the keys were left in a safe box that we received the code for via email. The location is magical and very picturesque. The room is also beautiful and the decore is well thought of to keep the authenticity. The living room has a electric kettle, microwave, plates and cutleries, so it's easier to prepare something on your own. The only thing I was not happy with was the air conditioning, seems to be very inefficient. I had it running for 6 hours and the room temperature was still over 26 degrees."
