" - "Beautiful place with lots of character" - "We had a beautiful, characterful one bedroom apartment with a very well-equipped kitchen in an area of the development with its own small pool and three or four other apartments, none of which was occupied during our three-night visit in mid November. When we arrived, there was a welcome pack including everything for a light meal, but the TV signal kept cutting out, and we weren't able to operate the safe (there were no instructions). But having mentioned this in our Expedia check-in review, someone contacted us immediately, and it was sorted out the following morning. One of the owners also later paid a visit to make sure the problems had been ironed out. The property has beautiful flagstone floors, and some walls that are bare stone, so it is difficult to keep dust free, and might be problematic for someone with allergies. Walking to the nearest taverna was tricky in the dark, especially as there was a problem with the village lights. Take a torch or your phone! The second larger pool, in a separate area with several more apartments overlooking it, was lovely, and we made use of it although it was unheated and a bit on the chilly side owing to the time of year. Over all, a lovely and unusual place, and we will definitely return one day. "

- "The house were quaint and traditional. The shower room was awful and there was a rusty nail sticking out the floor which was dangerous. If a little bit of consideration was taken to improve these facilities the accommodation would have been lovely. The shower had a hand shower that you could not stand under and water poured out onto the floor everytime you showered. No cleaning was done as we had to ask for the toilet bins to be emptied every second day. The entrance to the accommodation was up a steep slope which was difficult to climb. If this was mentioned we would not have booked."

- "The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. It means you could not walk around without shoes on for fear of cutting your feet. The main bed squeaks awfully and when you move or sit down on it, the slightest movement is loud enough to wake you. We didn’t use the pool as this was a little dirty and uninviting. These issues were a shame as the space was great and it had all that you need apart from this. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. We had hired a car so not an issue for us. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Lounge was lovely and open."

Promises to investigate came to nothing. At the end when neither issue was solved during a 4 night stay they were unwilling to provide any compensation. I was very hopeful considering quick response times that I would be able to rate this location highly. I called the number and the guy instead of finding a solution asked me first to put the money of the cleaning fee inside the box. Then he did not trust me when I say that no keys was inside and I was forced to make a video call to show him. Then he told me to open another key box with a code that didn't work and took me as an idiot who were not able to put the right code (talking to me on a very condescending and arrogant way). After another try on another keybox I had finally the keys. He insisted a lot about putting the money for the cleaning fee instead of trying to solve the matter. Then, I was expecting that everything was solved but when I was front off the bedroom door, the key did not work. Once again, the man made me feel I was stupid and was so impolite and asked one more time if I haveput the money for the cleaning fee. Then another man came and solved the matter and ofc asked for the cleaning fee too... (total process took more than 1hour) "

We rent out an excellent room in the apartment. The room is excellent repair. Double bed. Large balcony with a beautiful sea view. In the apartment live myself and my son for 8 years. Also with us lives 3 cats and 1 dog. A bus stop is 100 meters from the house. By bus, you can reach the beaches of Protaras and Ayia Napa. The bus operates 24 hours. Ideal for a family of two, perhaps with a child. Free public swimming pool. Free parking.

The house is located 100 meters from the bus stop. By bus, you can reach the unique beaches of Paralimni, Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. The bus operates 24 hours. In 10 minutes walk there is a huge supermarket. Also there is a church nearby. The rules of the house do not specify the time of arrival and departure, which allows guests to come and go at any time. On a bicycle from our house to the sea -10 minutes.

Guests are provided with a separate room in the apartment. The room has a door and a key. Guests are provided with the same key to the apartment. Guests can come and go at any time on their own.
