Our lovely downstairs apartment sleeps 4 in a double bedded room with en-suite and in a twin bedded room with a family bathroom. It has free, private, broadband internet, it is fully air conditioned, fully furnished and fully equipped. It has TV and DVD player. Patios front, side and rear with wicker furniture and also an outdoor 4 seater dining suite. It is ideally situated next to a large, unusually shaped shared-private pool which is easily the best pool on the complex. It has sea views, off-road parking and is located on the new resort complex of Hilltop, Safaköy. In addition to our pool, the complex also has a communal pool and a restaurant/bar/coffee shop. Hilltop is just a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from Boğaz fishing village which is a small unspoilt village with harbour, cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Boğaz is 25 km north of the historic town of Famagusta and near to the beaches and countryside of the Karpaz Peninsula (the pan-handle). Northern Cyprus is a lovely country to visit; the locals are friendly, English is widely spoken, the prices are reasonable, they drive on the left and the summer season is long and sunny.

We thought when booking that our teenage children would get bored without a constant stream theme parks and water parks, but we were wrong. Our children had a great time with the amazing pool and the culture found in north cyprus. We hired a car, arranged Fi and Stu, which was inexpensive and served its purpose. We used it to its full potential. We drove everywhere seeing as much of the north as we could. North Cyprus is beautiful, I knew I would love it. The villa is exactly as advertised. The pictures don't do it justice. There was nothing you would want for. It was well equipped, clean and spacious. Did I mention how great the pool was?! I don't usually spend much time in the pool on holidays, but this time I don't think I went one day in two weeks where I didn't go in. We cooked a couple of days but mainly ate out as everything was so reasonably. We spent a few evening's in Famagusta as its lively and had a variety of restaurants. The other guests in our complex were extremely friendly. They recommended restaurants and places of interests. It felt like we were a close community. They even missed us when they didn't see us for a day! The beaches were fantastic! There was one beach where we were the only people on it! It was great to see locals using the beaches. Everything about this holiday was perfect. Having traveled extensively around the world, we are always saying we will go back to certain places. This time we mean it!"

The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area with patio doors opening on to a large terrace with seating, so you can enjoy the sunsets right in front of you. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The bedrooms (one with ensuite facilities) are at the back, shut off from the living area by a door so perfect for families with children who go to bed early. There is also a family bathroom next to the second bedroom. The apartment is situated right at the top end of the development 'away from it all' yet only a short walk to one of the communal pools, which is often completely empty, so you may have it all to yourselves. There is a shaded pergola there with sunbeds and parasols and sunbed mattresses are provided. From the pool terrace, there are amazing views over the ravine and towards the sea. Even in the height of summer, there is always a refreshing breeze here. Our huge roof terrace has sunbeds for sunbathing and a sofa to lounge on, as well as a dining table and a built-in BBQ for alfresco dining - and 180 degree sea and mountain views to die for! At night you can star gaze. You can often see shooting stars.

Generally, all major roads are good and easy to navigate from Karpaz in the East to Guzelyurt in the West and towards central Lefkosa. Do try Petek's bakery and resto in Gazimagusa and wander around the city walls. Everyone we met were so accommodating and helpful. This beautifully furnished and fully equipped 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom managed apartment is on the first floor with stunning views of the large shared pool and sea from the spacious balcony. Set on a established complex of 23 apartments and villas near the village of Esentepe. There are several local restaurants and bars and the nearest supermarket is 200m away. The coast road takes you to the beautiful town of Kyrenia with its ancient harbour and castle with its many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. This is the perfect apartment to have a relaxing break, enjoying unspoilt surroundings, good food and amazing sunsets! N.B. Please be aware there is building work along much of the north coast, with many new developments under construction. These developments are close to our site but not close enough to affect your holiday with us.

If I want to visit this area again I would certainly chose this apartment. The pool area and grounds were kept very clean and tidy. Sufficient parasols and sun loungers. Large fridge and freezer in the kitchen which was ideal. The washing machine was a real bonus as was the dishwasher of course. It was nice to have the water cooler available and the water being so cheap made it a real benefit. Lovely evenings on the balcony. The apartment also had a child cot, highchair and push chair. I have never been to a holiday apartment so well equipped. Plenty of nice restaurants within a short drive. If you want to sight see you will need a car. A nice little supermarket not too far away if you can bear to walk when it is hot. I must apologise for not writing in the visitors book in the apartment. It all got a bit hectic at leaving time and I just forgot. Feel free to paste this review into your book. - "Dear Richard - once we get home, it is to a house that has been gutted and refitted whilst we have been here. So we wanted to let you know how much we have/still are enjoying ourselves before "that" gets in the way: Loves: a) The screen (mosquito) door! Just pulling back the sliding glass patio door every morning - with the sun, breeze and sea-sounds - but without any flying creatures getting in ... brilliant!! We love the inside-out/outside-in every day. Never had that anywhere we have stayed! b) The washing machine! Not only avoiding the dreaded “dirty suitcase” chore on getting home, but also refreshing the beach towels and sheets whilst here! c) Your “homely interior”. We didn’t use the lights much after playing with them, nor did we touch your ornaments - but it all said “love” - a home rather than a house, a place to care for rather than “use”. And much more relaxing as well! d) The position! We didn’t realise the complex was so big. And looking around at the different options for “position” - this apartment is perfect! In fact, you have made it impossible for us to look at any other property on this site! e) TRNC - like Turkey, but not really. We hired a car from SUR Cars for five days - on a Sunday - via their website/emails - and had it delivered first thing Monday!! - and were so glad we did. The driving is easy, everywhere is within an hour or so, and the people ... more English than any Turkish we have met in Turkey! Fabulous conversations and wonderful hospitality! f) Your thoughtfulness and the attitude of the site office team. Your email a couple of days after we arrived was unexpected, thank you. And the couple of things we asked the admin team were sorted quickly. We feel very safe and very supported! Being concise is not a skill I have yet mastered! Sorry! But both Mandy and I regarded "our place" near Fethiye, Turkey as our go-to place. We find we now have another. This area is still less developed than south-west Turkey with all the pluses attached to that - but with an “Englishness” we never expected ... the plug sockets, the driving, the sense of humour even more “British” - and a connection to the rest of our world we have found missing in Turkey (other than with football). - "We had a great stay here. The position of the apartment, directly overlooking the the sea is pretty much unbeatable and was key for us. It also within walking distance of 2 or 3 bars/ restaurants the closest being the Eagles Nest a couple of hundred yards across the cove. The apartment itself was adequately furnished with everything you need, some of the equipment/furniture is getting a little tired but everything works ok. Chris, the owner is very quick to respond, we had a couple of minor issues and he replied within minutes and things were put right immediately. Denise who manages the property locally is also very approachable. All in all it’s a very peaceful place, with great views over the sea and to fall asleep listening to the waves."

Our studio is 100 meters away from the beautiful Long Beach giving you a chance to greet the rising sun from your balcony every morning through holiday. With its large landscaping and activity areas everything is well thought through according to your desires.
If you are able to have your meal and drink while enjoying the beach view, sharing the happiness of your child on the playground or in the swimming pool and if you have the scent of the sea in every breath you take, it cannot be any place other than here. You can have fun either in the swimming pool with slides or enjoy the beach which is only 5 minutes walking distance away.

Our home at the Long Beach. Long Beach in Iskele definitely lives up to its name as the long stretch of soft sand travels along the clear blue waters for several kilometres. Adorned with palm trees and sun loungers this is the perfect place to go for a beautiful day at the beach. Long Beach is one of the most popular beach in Northern Cyprus, and for good reasons. The spacious area makes this a great place for long walks, fun games or relaxation. For those who enjoy walking there is also a promenade lined with palm trees. If your child have had enough of the day on the beach, there are also play areas and lunapark available.
