Promises to investigate came to nothing. At the end when neither issue was solved during a 4 night stay they were unwilling to provide any compensation. I was very hopeful considering quick response times that I would be able to rate this location highly. You may have better luck but if something does go wrong don't expect a satisfactory resolution."
