- "Ever" - "Nice clean and tidy Staff good" - "The overall stay was great for our family we had 2 rooms next to each other with the great view, the check in was fast & quick. The service was good & the beach was definitely the best thing about the hotel. I rate it 4 stars since the rooms were very average & needed update, especially the tired bathrooms with moldy edges around the shower & for the fact that the front desk staff don't speak English. We had an issue with the reservation & had to go back & forth with hotels.com & the hotel reception to solve it. Hotels.com agent was on hold for such a long time while I was chatting with him on line waiting for some one who speaks English, finally he got disconnected without any resolution. Next day I called the hotel reception to check if they fix the issue & told them about the incident. They said: "do you believe that a 5 star hotel doesn't have someone who speaks English?" However, when we checked in & out & during our stay we never met any one who speaks English, lol. "
