- "Positives: excellent food with a great variety of choices, several conveniently located bars, excellent rooms and facilities, cleanliness, friendly service, no children. Overall, excellent value for money and a very good, smooth experience overall. Negatives: rather noisy place both inside and outside. Inside, due to the building design, all evening entertainment (such as godawful karaoke "singing") is heard without interruptions in all rooms overlooking inner atrium. When the same entertainment is moved to the bar near the pool, the rooms overlooking the pool (i.e. with the sea view) suffer from the same noise. (Fortunately, evening entertainment ends at 11pm. Unfortunately, drunken screams of guests kept coming from that atrium much later than that). Outside, the hotel is located close to the main coastal road between several equally huge hotels, resulting in a lot of noise and dust coming from the road and those hotels. For example, our room with a 'land view' was directly opposite a huge, very loud and noisy ventilation system of the adjacent hotel, which made opening the balcony door or using the balcony itself practically impossible because of very loud noise outside. Overall, the hotel could do better soundproofing, both from the noises inside and outside. What could also be improved: beach could be cleaner; scramble could be better cooked (out of 6 days we spend in the hotel, it was properly cooked only once); air conditioning could be more responsive to the remote."

- "Just returned from a 4 night stay . It’s really far from airport 2.5 hours it took by taxi ! we booked last minute and had little choice . Our room was noisy , corridor noise as we were near a lift . You can hear the room next doors tv . Never sat in the balcony as we were over the car park ! Partial sea view was a glimpse to the side . Very dissapointing . We could only change on the 3rd night as hotel full and we didn’t bother by that point . Room fairly basic , good shower and all clean and working , thin towels .The food was plentiful , most things tasted good and were quickly restocked but there was a lot of repitition . The good things about this hotel are its staff work hard to keep everything spotlessly clean . Staff are nice and try to be helpful . It never takes long to get a drink at the bar . The Starbucks open in the afternoon is a nice touch and the lobby coffee shop is nice . "

- "Everything was very nice and worth the money. Food was excellent, with many choices and enough variation. The resort area was big with many activities, especially children liked it very much. Beach was very good, not too deep but deep enough for diving and swimming. Sunbed reservation could have been controlled a bit more - many beds were occupied the whole day without anyone visible, only beach towels there. The gym/aerobic lessons were also good and the teachers very friendly. The rooms do not have much sound insulation (at least in our building near the beach). The blankets could have been better at least for Scandinavian taste. All service was in Russian by default and then in German, but everything we needed worked out also in English. The use of safes in the rooms were not included in the room prices. While not expensive, this is very odd in an all-inclusive hotel. In general, our holiday was very successful, and the hotel can be recommended. "

- " The staff barely speaks English (on their website mentions that they do) so almost 0 explanations during check in process and making very hard to order in the restaurant with a few misunderstandings. The room was dirty, with an unclean toilet with hair on it, streaked mirrors, grimy windows, dusty tables and lamps, and a floor that was not properly clean for a while. Housekeeping was really disappointing. Even during turndown service, they merely made the bed and neglected other basic cleaning tasks. There was no "don't disturb "sign available for the door, leading to housekeeping incessantly knocking at inconvenient times. In terms of room quality, cracks and humidity in the ceiling, along with peeling paint on the door and broken tiles gave us the impression of a neglected property. This hotel is relatively new, so it's alarming the need for maintenance. A pity because the place has a huge potential with the design and the beautiful landscape. The pool needs urgent proper cleaning There was not soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything from the other rooms (in our case we were between two families with young kids) The restaurant was also quite dirty with stained table cloths and dirty cutlery, poor service and poor food quality overall. Clearly not at a 4 star hotel level with a clear lack of managment The highlight was Hamza, who was very helpful and with a great sense of hospitality. There are much better options in area at that price."
