The manager and his wife were extremely kind and welcoming even though they spoke no English. We had a problem with a rental car while there and he instantly helped to contact the agency and solve the problem. He even offered us his personal car to use while we waited for our replacement. Only downside is the location is not special. 200m from the beach among a scattering of larger hotels, but it is quiet and walkable to the beachfront restaurants."

- "When I arrived, they asked if I was “Sir David” and I liked that. Be sure to ask for two keys because one keeps the ac on while you are out. Otherwise the ac shuts off when you remove the key from the key slot. I was concerned the property would be hot because the trees are young but the sun drops behind the mountain and everything is in the shade. Everything is superlative, starting from the employees and the young owner who knows how to attract customers, with more than decent prices for an accommodation that meets all the points desired by the customer; it has parking, refrigerator and air conditioning in the room, a small balcony and comfort in the room. About dinner, I can only say that it is more than satisfying and very tasty, consisting of soup second course and of course dessert. Tea is free. Hello, our pension is located in Karöz Bay, in a location surrounded on three sides by forest and one side by the sea, on the Lycian Way, in an area close to natural and historical beauties such as Gelidonya Lighthouse, Pirate Bay, Papaz Bay, Sula Ada, Adrasan.

The space
Our pension is 50 meters from the sea, but it is also accepted as seafront as there is no other facility between us and the sea except for a restaurant. If you need an organic and peaceful holiday between nature, blue and green, be sure to choose Karaöz Bay.

Our guests will stay in their own rooms with bathrooms and toilets, use our spacious green garden, take advantage of amenities such as barbecue in the open area, use our shared kitchen as they wish, and swim from the free public beach and unique swimming areas in the nearby bays.
