There was a big miscommunication when booking the airport transfer resulting in me not having cash to pay the driver as I understood I was paying the hotel and not the driver directly and this was not clarified despite me asking multiple times about it. The staff were not disrespectful or rude in any way, they were polite and pleasant but very distant, I also believe the language barrier made communication very difficult. Saying so, the lady at the desk during breakfast was very pleasant and helpful responding promptly to any requests with necessary information. It was a pleasant hotel with great facilities and a good location, but the hospitality could use some work. "
