On the first floor of Villa Rodia accessible by 18 marble steps.

It has a nice espresso machine and a kettle. The owner provided the coffee capsules which was a very nice gesture. It has an amazing view of the ‘portara’ from our balcony. Breakfast was great with the residence offering to bring it to our rooms. Maria ( I believe that was her name ) was also exceptional with her customer service. Overall experience was great and the hot tub was a nice extra to have in our suite. Villa Viglakia is located in Santa Maria in the heart of a Natura 2000 nature reserve. The bay of Naoussa is undoubtedly the most picturesque part of the island.

The villa (Viglakia = beautiful view) is close to a number of beautiful sandy beaches. On a clear day you can easily see the islands of Naxos, Mykonos, Iraklia and Ios, as well as a number of lesser-known Aegean islands.
Villa Viglakia sits in a plot of 4000m2, with a beautiful well-kept garden, palm trees and many other local plants. There is no traffic because the villa is at the end of a private road, overlooking the sea.

- "Really enjoyed our stay. The property is about1km easy walk to the beach . There is a choice of beaches 1-3km away either with umbrellas or pretty deserted. You can find your own little spot . Bus stop is about 1km away too and buses are every hour from 11am . The buses were good and ran pretty much to time . It is €2 each to get to the next main town Naoussa and €2 each to get to Parikia-the island’s biggest town after that. We chose not to hire a car as we wanted to have a driving free holiday as we spend a lot of time driving at home. We enjoyed the buses though hiring a car would make exploring the interior of the island a lot easier and it’s probably not that much more price wise. Bring something to eat for evening and breakfast if you are arriving later in the day until you get your bearings. Our hosts were really very helpful-there if you needed them and full of good advice . They are able to speak many languages between them . There are 5 apartments with the main house above. The apartments were clean and well maintained with clean sheets and towels every few days. There were other guests that you could chat to if you wanted to and it had a lovely tranquil feel with a beautiful garden . Pomegranates and olives were ripening on the trees . I don’t think I will taste a nicer fig in my life as the ones picked from a tree in an abandoned field nearby. Super sweet with a slight salty sheen on the outside . OMG it was so good. We tended to eat out for lunch and have bread cheese and tomatoes and fruit in the evenings . The food was very good and you could eat relatively cheaply eg.the grilled sardines were delicious, though there are plenty of upmarket establishments too. Lovely experience overall . "

In 1985, the Belgian Christina and her Greek husband bought an old house in the quiet, leafy village of Lagoudi, at the foot of Mount Dikeos on Kos. The breathtaking view was the reason. Here she also opened her gallery in the garden and put her pictures and icons under. The bistro cafe came shortly after and everything was immediately discovered by well-known travel guides, like Dummont and Marco Polo. Tourists came and would like to spend the night, so the apartments were created.

One of the three apartments of, "Orea Ellas" is the here presented Apollon (greek. God of light and protector of the arts). It is a studio, located on the first floor, has a double bed, and two sofa beds. A small but well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and a cozy, private terrace with views to the Turkish mainland belong to the object.
Down the stairs leads to the winding garden. It offers further seating, such as the BBQ area, a terrace with sun loungers and separate corners for reading, shared by the three apartments. We ended up using him to get around during our stay n he was right there when we needed him. The room was very clean and stocked up with everything needed hair drier, iron/board, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, small sewing kit, toothbrush n tooth paste.) they even had Bluetooth speaker which was great to use when we were in the hot tub/pool. The bed n pillows was very cozy n comfortable. They also compliment us with champagne on our first day. Breakfast was amazing which served it to our room. Petros went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even made reservations prior to our check in to a great restaurant with a best view to the sunset. We had lost our luggage and this hotel made us forget our lost luggage and made this trip enjoyable. We will def come back to this hotel."

The studio is located in a Cycladic house that we renovated with its private entrance.
The balcony faces southwest and partly overlooks a small orange and lemon grove (no street/road).
It is equipped with a table with chairs and parasol to enjoy it every hour!.

Located 300 meters from Livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of Parikia and its labyrinth of streets. Accessible directly from the park of the Panaghia Katapoliani basilica.

Only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes. It is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island.

- "It was a very clean studio, the owners were very friendly! Everything is in a walking distance so that was also really nice. We will come back here!!
