- "Brand new apartment, renovated and clean. Brand new refrigerator. Oven/stove-top, microwave, laundry machine, tea and coffee makers. Owner/manager was responsive to email and phone calls. When we did not know how to operate the stovetop a nice young man appeared within two hours and explained everything. ((We stayed one night at another apartment in Caesarea, and that one was neither clean, nor was the owner available at all -- even when there was no toilet paper. But that's a different story. So I really know to appreciate the good service I got here. )) We had our own little porch. To bad that it was unusually cold and rainy. We couldn't enjoy the sun. The location is ideal, steps away from the Carmel market, in walking distance of fabulous restaurants (kosher and not-so-kosher). And a nice synagogue is close by. (Probably several, but I needed only one.) I should mention that there was no hair dryer and no iron. Whether this is normal in Israel, I don't know. In America I usually find one or both of those items. If I have a chance to return to T.A. I will absolutely book this apartment again. Incidentally I booked three apartments in the building, one for me and two for other family friends who were overlapping with us in Tel Aviv. "

THE NEIGHBORHOOD



The apartment is located in the historical and unique neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek is well know for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa.

This neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture. It is minutes away from the beach and Jaffa's Clock square.

The main street of this neighborhood is called Shabazi, where the apartment is located. There are boutiques, shops, cafes & restaurants all around. The Carmel Market is a short walk away and the Tachana (the old train station) recently renovated to host shops, boutiques and restaurants is down the street.



GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses running from the Carmelit terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

A cozy private room in my spacious Tel Aviv apartment, just behind Kikar Hamedina (כיכר המדינה) and 1 km from Savidor Mercaz train station. Surrounded by shops, bars, cafes, and culture, it’s perfect for exploring the "TLV." The room has a lock from the inside ( single bed, big window, simple desk, storage, and fast Wi-Fi. Shared bathroom. There is a balcony for smoking weed. Kitchen is Basic and Old. Smoking balcony.
Extra mattress for a fee. Guests can use my private fitness with approval.

This is an apartment inside a building that will go down in 2-3 month for a new one.
So Instead of investing in renovation and new furniture - I give basic but all what you need. The bed the comfortable.
Downside - no living room
Up side : the space is dedicated to fitness.

The apartment is located on one of Tel aviv most famous street, its 5 min walk to the beach and you the area is vivd and full of restaurants bar and clubs.
The atmosphere on the street its very fussy and busy with lots of things to do and see.
The cosy room has a double bed and closet.
It got two airways directions.

The apartment is located in Levinsky st. Groceries, supermarket, chemist, Shuk everything is near!! 5 mins walking distance from Allenby street.
It is a two room apartment both living room & bedroom are spacious & strong air conditioner.
Due to tradition here, it is not allowed to mix meat & milk hence using of utensils is restricted. A pot is available to make tea/coffee/indian chai available. Big refrigerator.
Bathroom with shower & toiletries -shower gel, toilet paper, tooth paste available!

There is a spacious living room with office/dining table by the window. There is kitchen area for tea/ coffee. A bedroom with a kingsize bed & space in the closet to keep personal stuff. Room has mirror & dressing table as well!

A room in a huge duplex divided into rooms and common areas. Each room is rented separately with a cylinder lock, the apartment and the room come furnished and equipped. Just come with a suitcase. There are 2 kitchens, 4 bathroom showers and a huge semi-covered roof with a sunroom, seating areas.
The apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac near a public garden, 3 minutes from Sokolov, public transport, banks, supermarket, etc. and about 12 minutes walk from Reichman.
