But overall we had everything we needed and would be happy to stay in a Holt property in future. Thanks for all your help and prompt answers to every single enquiry we raised. I was travelling alone, imagine you were travelling with family and young children and were left stranded on the road in 40+ C heat. Don't ever book this place. I wouldn't even book this if someone paid me to go there. I was also disappointed with hotels.com customer services / relocation team. being a gold member and being with hotels.com for over 20 years, it was one of the worst services i received. 1BDR Apartment Perla Sky, must be removed from hotels.com listing."

Coming from a warmer climate the rooms were cold but the blankets welcomed and the electric heater surprisingly efficient. Proper sealing around the windows will help for sure but the rooms were quiet and beds comfy so all in all a great stay. Dont let the exterior put you off, the interior was absolutely fine and the little corner shop a god send on the first day. Brilliant location for getting around the city and a bus stop right outside too was a bonus."
