All-inclusive hotels usually are, but this one was something else. There were usually long lines at bars and non-standard food items at meals. Some public restrooms closed off entirely. Little to no entertainment, especially at evenings. Very basic bar staples such as diet cola and ice were usually scarce. They quickly ran out of anything halfway special. "We don't have" and "we ran out" were things we heard so much. The staff was friendly and helpful, but very few in number. Looked overworked. Bad music blaring until midnight from next door hotel. I mean, I do not usually complain about noise, but this was something else. Some nights, karaoke from visitors entirely void of talent was blasted at full volume. And I mean FULL VOLUME Again, from neighboring hotels because nothing fun at this one. Overall, not worth the price. Sad to say. The place has potential otherwise."

- "Very nice " - "Most of the visitors were Russian and Turkish, which meant that most of the staff did not speak English. Our stay was from 24th to 28th October. What we did not know was that on 26th the hotel switched to "winter" mode, which meant that lot of facilities were closed (aquapark, restaurant by the sea, ala/carte restaurants). Even before the switch the hotel seemed to have plenty of empty space, which resulted e.g. in the evening program happening in the hotel atrium, instead of the amphitheater (=loud Russian disco right in front of your room every day till 11pm or so)."
