There is a kid club that is amazing and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful and kind. There is always food and drink in every corner. We stayed in the villa house which had its own swimming pool all around the villas and a small cafe in the middle which you can swim up to. The first day we came just before the end of the dinner time so the staff was thoughtful enough to send us to eat before we even checked into the hotel. After dinner they gave us a tour of the hotel. I have an infant but forget to ask for a cot bed but when we went to our room it was all ready for him to sleep in it. I have a 4 year old daughter as well and she had so much fun in the kids club, you can trust the staff there who always looks after them if you want to leave your kids to do activities and have fun. They also have a baby room and cribs for them if you ever need to put them to sleep while you are there. Our flight back home is today and at a very late time but we still have the chance to stay in the hotel and use all its facilities even after our check out. Overall, it was a great holiday for us. It’s an amazing hotel which has and thought of everything that kids need. I will definitely recommend it and will be back:)"

- "Nice place with friendly and accomodating staff. As we arrived early in the morning and needed to leave later in the afternoon we were offered early check in and late check out to a very reasonable price. The pool area with facilities are well kept and nice with plenty of things do do and a good variety of drinks, ice cream, coffee and food. The buffet food is of good quality and the only thing we really missed was the possibility to order nicer wines which was not possible even for extra cost. Overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed very good golf courses in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend the area."

Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. I was placed me in a standard room and immediately decided on treating myself on the upgrade. Well worth it. - "Overall the interior and exterior of the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The main restaurant inside was poor as the variety of food was repetitive and not appealing in presentation. Food lacked the traditional Turkish flavour. Lack of hygiene and freshness was apparent. No proper ventilation in the main restaurant presented an uncomfortable smell. During our stay we witnessed one of the kitchen staff pick up a tong off the floor and place it back in the fruit stand. Overrated and very much over priced. "

- "All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so and not very strong. So beaches, children's club, amphitheater and disco are out of range. The children's facilities are great! Really! they are clean, the stuff is attentive. There is even a baby sleeping bedroom. Very cute. The room cleaning service remains a puzzle to me. Although they clean daily and change bed and towels, they do not touch anything above floor. Literary, all the empty plastic cups and boxes remained there for several days till I cleaned them. All in all not a great place to return to."
