- "I greatly enjoyed my time at the Residence for many reasons. Chawa picked me up from the airport. The fee to get into town was less than half the posted charge for taxis. Breakfast each day was both enormous and tasty. Dinner was likewise excellent. The bed was comfortable, which gave me long, deep sleeping. Chawa arranged tours of the town, and also to see the Chongoni Rock Art (a UNESCO site I wanted to visit). He could also arrange a trip to Lake Malawi and the beach. I feel certain they would make arrangements for whatever day trip you want. The location is not in the busy city center, rather, in the outskirts of town. That made the area peaceful and quiet (something I appreciate...no honking traffic to keep me awake). I already know where I plan to stay on my next trip to Lilongwe. "

Our property is spacious—about 60m x 60m, give or take. It’s fully fenced and includes a closed garage, plus both outside and inside storage rooms. We have a guest house and a main house. The owner sometimes stays in the main house, but it’s mostly used for guests and the two caretakers who help manage the Airbnb.

There’s also a workspace for Kaya Kreates, which includes a small studio. We have both an outdoor and indoor kitchen, a chicken khola, a rubbish pit, outside taps, a carport, and a nice garden to relax in.

Chinyonga Guesthouse very quite and has amazing views of Blantyre City. The Guesthouse can take up to 7 - 14 sharing guests. The price quoted is per room.
We have also space for camping guest within our beautiful gardens which can accommodate about 10 tents. We have a few tents available for hire and a public Kitchen and bathroom for camping guests.

We are in Lilongwe, within 5 km of Old Town Mall and 5 km of World War I & II Memorial Tower. The property is around 5 km from Shoprite Centre Lilongwe, 5 km from Lilongwe City Mall and 6 km from National Herbarium & Botanic Gardens of Malawi. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge for guests. The units in the guest house are equipped with a flat-screen TV. All rooms are fitted with a private bathroom fitted with a shower.
