Breakfast is extensive (Klaus will insist you eat his croissants) and I too recommend the mince monty! Pool is clean and well cared for with an extensive outlook. The rooms are cleaned and there is little to want for! I would advise that you travel in an SUV or 4x4 - it makes the 400m approach road to the property a little easier to cope with and you'll need it in the Kruger for the dirt roads anyway. Evening meal? Got to be Summerfields Kitchen (2km away). Not cheap but very well presented and tasty. Would not hesitate to visit again."

We were then moved to another room where the shower worked but was hazardous in that the shower floor had the same ceramic tiles aa the wall!! The basin placed awkwardly behind the bathroom door. There is no wifi in the second room despite having gotten the password, we were "connected without internet". This is probably more a lodge for congregants within the yard than an accomodation for the public. False advertising. I dont recommend it. "

There is ample parking for cars (with trailers) behind electric gates. We have a huge fenced garden with big trees and lots of birds. On a lucky day you might hear a fish eagle's call. There are 2 dams on the farm which guests can walk to and if they have a fishing rod they can even try their luck to catch something. There is enough space for kids to ride bicycles.

Pool Area Guidelines: Glassware is not allowed in and around the pool area. Kindly bring your own swimming towels, as white bath towels from the units are not permitted at the pool.

Non-Smoking Area: All units are designated as non-smoking areas.

Open Flames: For safety reasons, open flames such as candles or lanterns are strictly prohibited in the cottages.

Kitchen Facilities (Unit 2 and 3): Unit 2 and 3 has a small kitchenette, not have fully equipped kitchens.
Privately owned stove tops or braai stands are not allowed.

Parking and Gate Security: One vehicle per unit due to limited parking. The gate is locked at 10 pm for security purposes.

Energy Conservation: Kindly switch off all lights and air conditioners when leaving the unit.
