The space
The rooms are all distributed on one level. The B&B overlooks the main road of access to the sea and is flanked on one side by a private street.

Every room is equipped with completely insulated fixtures from both outdoor temperatures and noises thanks to the double glazed indoor room. In addition, all windows are equipped with blinds to make the living room pleasant and intimate, allowing light to enter but preventing the view from the outside towards the inside of the room. In summer, it can also be useful to use mosquito nets, of course present in each room.

In the room there is also a wall-mounted LCD TV, a desk for work with a chair, the fridge bar, the air conditioner for fresh air and the radiators for heating in the winter.

The bathroom is equipped, in addition to the personal hygiene kit for the shower and the set of shower towels, sink and bidet, including the hairdryer, shower with cabin, towel warmer and a lighted mirror.
