The space
Brahms 25 is a simple place to stay with no great comfort. Price-conscious guests of all ages come to us, many stay for weeks and months for work and training or are looking for an apartment in Regensburg. During the week we are happy to be booked by craft companies. Especially in summer, we also have many cyclists and traveling families and couples as guests.

Location / Park
Our location is between Central Station (1,200m) and University Campus (800m). The best way to reach us is by train. Drivers we offer few parking spaces (4€/ night each). If you need a parking space, please let us know. Parking on private spaces in our area is not allowed. Parking on public grounds on the street is free.

Check in / check out / key safe
Check-in is between 5pm and 9pm. Ring at the door Amann administration / Brahms 25. For an extra charge of €6, we offer an early check-in before 17h. If you wish, please let us know by AirBnB message one day before arrival.
If you cannot arrive before 9 pm, please let us know one day before arrival via AirBnB message.
If the accommodation is not occupied, we will leave your key in our key safe.
You will receive a code via AirBnB message, email or SMS on the day of your arrival.
At check-in, you will receive a key for the entire duration of your stay.
Check out is until 10 am. For an extra charge of 6€ we offer a late check-out up to a maximum of 2 pm. Place your key in the key return box in the reception desk.

Rooms in general
Six of our rooms are located on the ground floor E. Four rooms are in the basement K. The rooms in the basement have only a small basement window and are therefore also a little cheaper. Please check if the booked room fits your needs. We took photos of each of our rooms, which you can see on airbnb.com.
There are no private bathrooms in the rooms, but toilets and bathrooms in the hallway. All lockable.
Due to other guests and the simple design of the former office, a certain level of noise is to be expected.
We provide simple synthetic linens as well as cotton towels. So you don't need to bring that with you. Of course, you should bring shampoo and toothbrush ...
All rooms are simply equipped with beds and closets, table and chairs. The furniture is from IKEA. Five of our rooms have a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
A fully equipped shared kitchen is available to all guests. There is a box in the fridge for each room and a compartment for dry stuff on the shelf.
We do not offer breakfast or other meals, but coffee and tea are available.
