The Fiori family offers Bed & Breakfast service in their home located in the hamlet of Serdes.
The town of Serdes is one of the six hamlets of the municipality of San Vito di Cadore, a very quiet area, just two kilometers from the center, in a panoramic setting and in direct contact with nature.
The house, built before 1400, enjoys a dominant position overlooking the village of Serdes and the Boite Valley.
The space
The only room we make available to our guests is the former master bedroom, custom-furnished in typical mountain style.
A small staircase leads to the first floor where the double bedroom is located with an en-suite bathroom with shower for your exclusive use.
The independent entrance and the breakfast corner set up in the double bedroom will allow you to manage your stay in complete autonomy without any time constraints.
The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need for an Italian breakfast.
Breakfast will be served daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
We inform you that as requested by the Municipality of San Vito, we are required to collect from our guests the tourist tax corresponding to €1.50 per night for each guest.
For organizational reasons, we kindly ask for cash payment.
You'll find a wooden box in your room where you can put the tourist tax.

The B&B has a reserved parking lot for FREE use a few steps from the property.
A separate entrance and a lovely balcony where the smoking area is set up.
Other things to note
🚧 Important Notice 🚧
Due to the work for the new ring road in view of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympic Games, the road to reach our B&B has been modified.
Also, for further road repairs, the journey to the center of San Vito is temporarily longer than a few kilometers.
We apologize for the inconvenience, independent of our will, and thank you for your understanding!
