The apartment is surrounded by nature and located within the protected area of Bandama. Very quiet and comfortable and only 15 minutes away from the city. It's 55 sqm large and suitable for couples or families with 1-2 children.
Relax or get a tan without noise or neighbors, you will only hear the birds. Or use the apartment as your home base to explore the rest of the island.
Easy and free parking by the house, access to shops, restaurants and public transport only 3 minutes away.

A large garden separates the apartment from the main building on the property and provides privacy. Access from the street through a shared door that leads to the common spaces.
