The space
The B&B takes its name by the next historical church of the Annunziata, erected in the 1415: it’s majestic with its mullioned window, decorations, sculptures and a 213 foots high bell tower. This church represents the vital center of the Sulmona’s past. This is a source of pride for the entire community and we have the pleasure to share it with our guests since 2002.

Our B&B takes place in an ancient, restructured, structure. It contains 4 identical rooms, all comfortable and spacious.
In the backyard you can park your bicycles in the appropriate bike rack, or borrow one of ours to have a pleasant promenade in the center. The entire B&B has recently been improved in the colours, comfort, lightings and facilities; just one thing has not changed since 2002: our rates are always the best! Our price/quality ratio is incomparable. And that’s not all!
