First of all, Pamela is the sweetest person… she made communication open days before our stay began making sure we knew the best way to get to her place. She made suggestions and gave advice to take the ferry (this accommodation is port level), this was life saving! She then tells you some quick tips before giving you a full tour of your room when you arrive. She welcomed us with a gift, homemade lemoncello and baked goods. She left us enough food for a small army (true Italian hospitality). She left my fiance a birthday gift on his birthday, she leaves baked goods and fresh foods everyday. The grounds were well maintained and had a plethora of lemon and orange trees, which made it super vibrant. Breakfast was served from 8-10am, but they provided us with a “takeaway” breakfast the night before if we had an early excursion and couldn’t make it. The location of the property was about an 8-9 min walk from the Centrale sorrento train station, as well as approximately a 10-15 min walk from the promenade. While it didn’t have a “sea view” we were less than a 5 min walk from the view of the sea. We were immediately greeted with lemon/mint water and delicious cookies. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Of note, everyone there spoke English, so it was helpful to us travelers who don’t speak Italian. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and would book again in a heartbeat. "
