This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 2.2 miles from Thionville Train Station and 20 miles from Luxembourg Train Station. Renovated, bright, quiet and cozy room . Suitable for guests , or workers . The floor has 4 individual rooms reserved for our hosts. In this room there is a large king size bed and a very good memory shape mattress. A dining area completes this room with microwave, fridge, kettle.
The bathroom is shared , as well as the kitchen on the ground floor.
BREAKFAST INCLUDED FOR 1 PERSON.
For the others, breakfast is €9.

The space
The room is on the 2nd floor of our house. This is a room for 2 people and a child, or teenager. It is accessed by the staircase without going through our private rooms. This is a dedicated tenant space. The bathroom is on the same floor.
There is free parking to park 100m from the house, by the laundromat.
Guests can enjoy the garden and terrace at the back of the house or sing the birds to immerse yourself in a relaxing moment.
We also have a jacuzzi available (£12 per session). We would like to be notified 48 hours in advance if you would like to use it.

Guest access
Entry is through the main entrance gate. The key is in a code box.
We cross the hallway that leads to the stairs to the bedrooms.

During your stay
We usually spend time with our hosts if they wish. We try to meet their needs and be available , in order to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Access to the garden where sometimes we meet for an aperitif!
In Terville there is a nice body of water, forest, restaurants, hairdressers, esthetician, gym,..a very pleasant commercial area at the end of the street, Super Green. You are 25 km from Metz, 20 km from Luxembourg. There is the Amnéville leisure center with its zoo and thermal spa 15 km away, cinema, lake, restaurants, casino...
On Thionville, right next door: shopping area, shops, pleasant city center, the Mosel and its ducks..Be free to ask us for sharing times or information , if desired. We are equipped with fiber optics.
We provide linens and towels, as well as toilet paper and kitchenware.
Guests can use the jaccuzi for €10 per person per session. Just let us know 48 hours in advance so we can heat it well.
FOR LONG STAYS: each is required to respect the cleanliness of the premises, clean the kitchen properly ( table, countertops, sink, plate. Wipe and tidy dishes).
In the bathroom, we also ask you, out of respect for the other tenants, to clean the toilet, sink, shower after your visit. Thank you
