The Mon-Aé Guest House is situated in the historic small town of Volksrust at the foot of the well-known "Mountain of the doves", Amajuba. Surrounded by mountains, rolling green hills and clear blue skies, the crisp clean air lends it a perfect place for the weary soul to breath.

The space
This beautiful old house, full of character, has the original oregan pine floors, wooden window frames and doors, steel ceilings, marble fireplaces and antique baths in some of the rooms. In the 1940's Sister van Tonder, a well-known midwife lived here and delivered many babies in the house.
