Our airconditioning system in both rooms are top of the line brand. This is a huge Kubo Resthouse that is located inside a gated restaurant owned by a registered nurse from Los Angeles.
The space
Bigger rooms will fit 8 in each room. Newly constructed with 110 and 220 volt available to use . 10-20 minutes to most beaches around Bolinao. 5 minute walk to Balingasay river and 15 minute drive to famous Patar beach! We are not near the beach but a 5 minute walk from Balingasay beach. Call Giant Taklobo Restaurant by searching us on gogol or fishbok (this company will block their real names). Check the pictures for more detailed amenities! Strictly no smoking facility and will not tolerate anyone who smokes around! Do not rent the area if you smoke!

Important Note: We strictly enforce the maximum capacity of the property which is 11 persons (children 2 years old and below not included). This is to ensure that we maintain our quality of service.
Enjoy our private swimming pool, private beach with shaded hut, beach volleyball net, kitchen with complete cooking amenities, grilling pit, and roof deck. Bedrooms are fully airconditioned.
The space
Guests are welcome to bring food for cooking. You can buy ingredients from Bolinao People’s Market in the plaza which is 15km or a 40-minute ride away.
The pool is 4 feet deep, with a 2-foot area for children. The beach is right in front of the cottage.

BEACH
We recommend wearing slippers/water shoes in the open waters since there are rocky areas. Seaweed on the beach is common, especially during the dry summer months.
FOOD
There are no stores/restaurants that are walking distance from the cottage so make sure to allot for commute time before meals. For those planning to cook, there is a market in the town plaza 15 km away where you can buy ingredients. There is also a famous turo-turo eatery in the plaza.
We provide 2 liters of drinking water. Additional drinking water can be bought at the plaza.
