The property is located in the center of Patar community which means, residences and transient houses are everywhere. Since it is in the center, expect a crowded area and parking is a first come first served basis. White Beach access is a 1-2 minutes walk from the property. Sari-sari stores, talipapas (little wet market) and only a few steps away while Bolinao light house is 5 min walk.

The property is not beach front it's 1min.walk going to the beach. It’s in the middle of other transient houses and local residences. It’s crowded at times but definitely it’s a safe area and neighbors are friendly.

Our bed and breakfast place is a 3-minute drive from the central marketplace and Saint James Parish Church, 28 minutes to Patar beach, 27 minutes to Enchanted Cave, 33 minutes to Cape Bolinao Lighthouse, 40 minutes to Bolinao Falls and 18 minutes to Bolinao Hidden Spring.

The beach below our area is not accessible, nevertheless, guests can enjoy the scenery of boats sailing across the sea and watch the breathtaking sunrise as well as sunset.
