We have 5 houses lined up in rows with 2 floors each. Each house has 3 rooms except House number 2 which only has 2 rooms. We offer rooms with shared amenities inside the house to lower the rental costs for our guests but you may book the whole house too.

Guest access
We have a gatekeeper / housekeeper to assist you at night. In the morning, our admin office is open from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Saturday. You may also contact us through the numbers we will provide you once booked.
During your stay
When you checked in, our admin or gatekeeper will ask you what breakfast would you like and what time you want it to be served. (If applicable. PROMO PRICE does not include breakfast. PROMO is if the whole house is Php2,500 below and if Php1,200 below for 1 room)
If you need to do ironing or laundry, please ask for assistance from our staff on duty.
Iron with Iron board rental - Php150/hr
Laundry per load (max 7kilos) - Php200
Air-dried and not ironed, detergent powder only, and no fabric conditioner
ALL TIPS are centrally collected and deposited in the tip box for equal distribution to service personnel. If you wish to give appreciation through monetary, kindly drop it at our tip box near the locker area outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
Other things to note
Our parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We collect a security deposit of Php1,000 for 1 room only and Php2,000 for the whole house which will be returned upon check out once your room/house rental has been checked.
We also get a valid ID of the main guest/booker (passports for foreigners) before check-in which will be returned upon check-out.
