Other things to note
Direct access to seafront.
Island life is very slow and relaxing we do suffer with the occasional brown outs, running water is not always guaranteed all day long. This is island life only a few years ago there was no running water and electric was only available for a few hours a day. Also to note there are only a few Sari sari stores on the island so please bring your supplies from the mainland.
The beach front is lava rock so footwear is advisable. There is sandy areas either side of the property.
