Each unit has an individual separate entrance from outside. Steel gated entrance door and has a cute enclosed patio covered with steel trellis.
Each studio unit is furnished with double bed but it is fine for up to 4 persons, where an extra bedding and blanket will be wholeheartedly provided with no extra charge.
Nearby restaurants, Carinderias, 24-hour convenience store, 7-eleven, bakeries, talipapa markets, gym, laundry shop and pharmacy are just a few steps away.
Also nearby Beach and Mountain resorts are offering day tour for pool swimming with minimal entrance fees and rent for cottages.

We also have standard bahay kubo without air conditioning.
We are facing the shoreline.
Additionally, the property's shoreline will serve as the access.
