Our cozy cottage is a 5-minute drive from Vis town. It is at our ecological vineyard "Fields of Grace Vineyards". It offers nature and peace.
There is a large terrace, with a gorgeous sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley and gardens. Our four cats love the cottage!
Our entire estate (including air conditioning) runs on solar power. We maintain an ecologically balanced environment. As such, our vineyard is also home to lovely small wildlife, such as hedgehogs, rabbits and pheasants.
The space
Bedroom 1: For two people, with full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: For one person, with half bathroom. It is in the attic.
Living room: It has a east-meet-west ambience, and is decorated with items that we collected in Asia and Europe and with old furniture that we re-purposed.
Outdoor living: Sit-in pool, terrace and BBQ area with gorgeous view of the vine valley.
Kitchen: Fully equipped.
Gardens: Filled with roses, herbs, vegetables and fruit trees. Guests are welcome to pick herbs and vegetables.
All windows are installed with fly screens.

Other things to note
Eco friendly & limited use of air conditioning: We are 100% on solar power. As such, the use of air conditioning is limited to one hour every three hours.
Transportation: If you'd like to stay at our cottage, you need a car or bike as there is very limited public transportation on the island.

The space
Newly built, using only traditional materials (stone and wood) combined with modern appliances, it offers a maximum comfort in a peaceful and secluded environment, with 6000 square meters private land plot and a beautiful sea view. The interiors offers two bedrooms (both with sea view), one bathroom and a spacious living space with sofa bed with kitchen area connected to it. Air-condition, WI-FI Internet, SAT-TV, dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances offers a maximum comfort to guests.
The house is surrounded with spacious terrace that naturally blends into surroundings, with plenty of mediterranean plants and trees. Almost the half of the terrace is covered offering deep shade during whole day, making it an ideal place to spend the most of the time. Large swimming pool invite guests to indulge themselves in crystal clear water and panoramic views that extends over vineyards, olive trees plantations and endless sea horizon. Outside area is enriched by exterior fireplace with outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower (hot/cold water) and sunbeds.
