- "The bungalow is great but the staff is absolutely terrible. > Check-in We could not find the staff at the reception. She was sleeping not far from the reception. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her. > Motorbike rental Don't go there if you want to travel alone - They are not flexible and refuse half day rent or to give you a motorbike early in the morning so that you can avoid the police bribe at the exit of the city. We were forced to leave with a group at 9am before paying the bribe and then breaking from the group > Food The kitchen is said to close at 8:30 but it was actually closed at 8:15. The staff was still there but we were declined to order food because the staff already cleaned the kitchen. They offered a frozen pizza if we wanted. > Charge We were charge an extra night despite paying everything before check-in on hotel.com. They refund us but it has been complicated.... > Motorbike quality We had a puncture and had to change the back wheel brake when noticing it was really close to obsolescense.
