Told me they never had a bed for me for any of the 11nites i had paid for !!! 😡😡 She said if i cancel my booking, i would get refund. I said No, cos i didn't want refund, wanted my bed !! She wanted me to take liability for it, again said No. All other hostels were fully booked and i had NO choice but to return to mainland. Spoke to Hotels.com who refunded me with Compensation. "
