- "We went with kids and they were so nice and friendly " - "Clean" - "This is cute hotel with a bear theme. The staff of this hotel/hostel were wonderful and always has a smile when greeting guests. It was always a delight to pass the reception desk especially in the morning as they ensured I had enough water or if I needed to have my (private) room cleaned. The welcome drink was nice surprise. " - "I stayed at the separate apartments being offered and not at a dorm. These apartments are located at the front side of the building, hence face the street and thus are quite noisy. What is really worthwhile mentioning is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at reception, they were outstanding! However, my room had a very bad intense smell, I suspect it to be from mould, hence I would not recommend staying in this room, as there are better options in town. The location nonetheless is very good, close to the beach and very close to Bangla Street."

They also serve food which I found tasty and the main lady always makes sure she cooks for you breakfast as well. And she remembers you by your name straight away. I stayed in the all female 4 bed, room number3 bed number 3. Large safe box under bed and tv in the room to share. Wat Chalong temple is 5 minutes walk but if you want to go somewhere else you need a bike for sure. It's a long walk to the dolphin show or the zoo. "

It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind.
